Also, she was professional and pleasant which made my appointment start off without a hitch. Next, Dr. Gayton, was very delightful, knowledgeable, and quick. Not to mention, I did not have any pain during my session. Additionally, the laser she used had a "cool"blowing sensation that again, didn't hurt. I want to recognize the current physician assistant, who was outstanding. She was thorough, knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. She provided excellent care and was the highlight of my visit. Unfortunately, the support staff appeared disengaged and lacked the warm, welcoming hospitality that patients expect. Small touches that once elevated the experience, such as complimentary water, were no longer available. The office itself also appeared to be in need of attention. Air dryers were positioned at the entrance, seemingly addressing water damage, several paintings were peeling, and the waiting room chairs appeared worn and unclean. It seemed that much of the clinical staff consisted of interns, which contributed to a less polished experience. It is disappointing to see such a noticeable decline in what was once an exceptional practice. While I appreciate the excellent care provided by the physician assistant, the overall experience has left me questioning whether I should continue as a patient. I sincerely hope the practice restores the high standards that once made it one of the area's best. So sad.

Maybe a practice that doesn't treat you as a number. This was quite the contrary. Below are some reasons why I am leaving and why you might want to avoid this practice. Wait times: You will wait every-time you arrive for your appointment. Not 5 minutes but more like 30-40 mins. Billing: Prices are outrageous and inconsistent, even for routine clinical visits or prescription refill visits (with commercial insurance). If you call to clarify what is on bill, you will be met with poor/rude customer service and very little explanation. There isn't even a link on the the paper statement that directs you where to pay. I received a bill after only a few weeks of my visit with a hand written message threatening to send me to collections. Experience with providers: The providers are ok. I got the feeling that they were just checking boxes. They would ask me questions that were already addressed in previous visits losing track of the continuum of care. I found it to be very frustrating to have to constantly remind them why I was there. In addition, they could never get the pharmacy correct. I told them several times in-person and over the phone where medications should be sent. If you have a question about your medication or where it is being sent, you will often be sent straight to an answering service. Sometimes I would get a call back but more often than not I would have to make follow up calls or just show up in-person. This practice has an opportunity to stand out in a landscape increasingly filled with impersonal volume driven clinics. Unfortunately, their focus is more on money and less about the patient experience. Sad

I went to the front desk and out of the blue they said there's a $100 fee. I said for what nothing was done. They said for the consultation?????? What consultation fee? I was never told about this and there is nothing in writing. I asked for a receipt and they said they didn't have one??? Called the office manager and she was never around and never returned my calls!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Too many other dermatologist not out to scam people..disgraceful. If one is very sick - it is easy to feel like you are in deep trouble - - just look at the faces of people when you tell them what is "wrong" with you. Because conventional approaches offer me no cure, I notice that the conventional people treat me like I am a dead man walking - i.e. with little or no hope, ever of a cure. At Advanced Rejuvenation not only do they take seriously the maxim "First, do no harm".... but they are upbeat about the possibilities (however slim they might be). Be advised, before I went to see them I asked other doctors who know them and their work a very important question - Can ARI deliver?? And they all said that ARI can deliver. (They should know, right?) It is so WONDERFUL to find someone who treats you like a human instead of the incarnation of a deadly disease!!! You do not pay extra for the good attitude at ARI. You may think you have a couple, but when they do the immersive ultrasound, you will be amazed! I have to admit, was very nervous about having any type of vein treatment. My primary care doctor referred me to Aleman vein clinic, and let me just say coming here has been the best decision! From walking in the door and you see Julie, with her bright smile, fantastic glasses, and she always has everything ready to go for me as soon as she sees me, it means a lot to me that I don't have to tell her who I am, she is always so welcoming and has everything there! Then getting you back in the room promptly with Reepa. Reepa, she is definitely a jack of all trades! She worked wonders with my insurance company to get my procedures approved instantly, and when the second round gave her a little flack, she was on the phone advocating for me, making sure I would get my treatments done on time! She always has my appointments ready to go and keeps me informed with news about my insurance, deductibles and everything in between. Getting back into the room if you have any anxiety at all Stephanie and Jessica will get you ready, and are so kind, caring and just let me talk my nervous head off! Jessica is so bubbly, funny and keeps the conversation going especially when you feel awkward being quiet like me! Stephanie has probably heard all of my life stories by now and she is still so wonderful and always pops her head in the room to get me with a smile, knowing full well I am going to talk her head off! We have the best conversations while she is getting me scrubbed up, and it really helps to ease all of the anxiety I have getting in there, not to mention she is my (same day!) birthday buddy. When she did my ultrasound at my first appointment I was so amazed at all of the venous insufficiency I had. It's crazy to see what lies under the surface that you don't see. What I also loved is that you don't have to wait for a second appointment, Dr. Aleman comes right in and explains things to you after your ultrasound. What can I say about Dr. Aleman? He is AMAZING! Not only are his surgical skills absolutely pro, but his bedside manner is just so awesome! You usually have to sacrifice one or the other in great surgeons, but not this one! He is the most personable doctor. He comes in with almost a sing-song hello to greet you, and not only does he explain what he is doing, but he will just talk with you! My favorite topic is family trips to Disney! He is so interesting and it makes the procedure go by so fast and you don't notice the pokes and uncomfortable parts so much. After about a week with the right leg, I started to notice how heavy the left one was feeling and how much better the right one was. I knew I needed to get in to get the other one done. I attached a picture of my second leg, second day procedure. Minimal pain, heals very nicely, and if you have any worries, Dr. Aleman always tells me to call him with any concerns after every procedure! If you are reading this, you must be looking for a sign to come in, and this is it! You definitely should come here! They are the BEST!

They always greet you with a smile, and you're practically on a first-name basis with them by the time your first visit is over. But yeah, I love these guys, because they seem to honestly love their patients. This is not your "typical" chiropractic practice. This is orthospinology. No wrenching about of your limbs. No snap, crackle, and pop. Just a geometric approach at fixing things from the top down. You can be sure I raised an eyebrow at the methodology at first, but it very clearly has worked on me. A whole lot of pain and discomfort prompted my visit. I've had the good fortune to work with Dr. Neal. Dr. Neal flat out said his goal was to get me to a place where I no longer had to come back. He has succeeded, and I'm happy to tell you about it. Before, I couldn't even stand up for more than a couple of minutes at a time without it hurting. Now, I'm itching to get moving. No more ongoing pain. No more sciatica. Plus, I believe Dr. Neal is genuinely a gentle, considerate, and caring man.
