I did decide to switch to someone local but still have not gotten any communication about the refund. I have emailed several times and have been understanding and considerate. Writing a review here in hopes that i'll get some sort of contact info from someone or resolve. Didn't have it in the budget to pay 2 DJ's.

It has been over 2 months of silence now. Still no refund and no response from Matt. Matt even had the audacity to send a threatening email saying this: "If I find anyone posting false or misleading statements about this situation and/or my character, I will file a cease and desist letter and file in court. I've had to do this with two people already and I don't take it lightly. (you know who you are) In other words, if you make it difficult for me to find work and make a living like a normal human being, this affects my ability to pay you back!" The only positive was that Matt provided us with the contact info for another DJ who was thankfully able to work my wedding on such short notice but paying for 2 DJs was definitely not in our budget.

Luckily, we were able to get our money back through through our credit card company. Stay far away from Fancybooth! They are frauds!

We had booked with capture the candid for our wedding reception but unfortunately had to cancel…read moredue to covid and special circumstances. We attempted to cancel almost several months before and had put down a deposit. When we made the deposit there is nothing in the contract that says the deposit is non refundable or so forth. We attempted to contact the vendor several times in March through voicemail and emails, with still no response to date. We understand these are very challenging times for everyone but we very disappointed in the professionalism with this business. We will not be rebooking with them.

We booked with Janette several months in advanced, and she was great about get into contact with me regularly to see how my own wedding planning was going and to give me updates. She was very easy to get a hold of which is highly appreciated, and she is just all around an extremely kind and friendly person, which just makes the wedding planning experience that much better. Everyone totally loved the photo booth at our wedding and couldn't stop talking about it. It fit a ton of people, the largest group photo we did had 11 people and you can see all of us! Janette brought a ton of great props that everyone loved, and she even surprised us and made some personalized ones which was great! She showed up several hours early which worked out perfectly. Our wedding was in Port Orchard which is at least an hour and a half drive away from Seattle, but it wasn't an issue. We had our ceremony and reception in the same location so I was a little worried that there might be some disruptions for the guests or for our ceremony, but that was a total non-issue, she was set up in plenty of time before our guests started to arrive. We had around 125 guests at our wedding and we went with the 3 hour package which was more than enough time for everyone that was interested in taking photos to do so. Janette sent me all of the electronic copies of the photos the day after the wedding which surprised me that she got them back to me so quickly! It's great to be able to post them on Facebook so all of the guests can look through and see their photos again, especially if someone in a group photo didn't get the copy for themselves. Overall we had an amazing experience with Janette and her lovely company. It made our wedding so special and I would recommend Radiant Photo Booths to anyone! It's a tremendous value and Janette is absolutely fabulous to work with!!!

I sent an inquiry around midnight and was super discouraged and went to bed. Linda was able to email me back 1 hour later and returned my phone call and came to our rescue! She was able to work with us and our family and friends were incredibly impressed with their service, super personable, professional, and the quality of their work! You can tell that they take it seriously and that they are super experienced in their field. I highly HIGHLY recommend this company!!
