Asked my 20 questions about the Matcha Latte: is it just matcha powder, nothing else, not from a mix? I was assured it was "just" matcha, so I ordered. As we were finishing, I mentioned "unsweetened please". She said "oh, we can't do that: the matcha comes pre-sweetened". Um, then that's not "just matcha", it's a powdered mix that you take a scoop from and mix with water. Big difference. That's the equivalent of telling someone that instant coffee is just like regular coffee. She said she could make me a Chai unsweetened, the 20 questions about that ensued to make sure it didn't have milk solids in it. By this time I'd clearly annoyed her with my questions, so I got a Chai, lol. Who knows the make up of that. I'll come back with my husband to get him a coffee, but will continue my quest for a Matcha Latte elsewhere in Burnet.

They did confirm that they shredded my info (although wondering) and said when you tell someone you're going to do something the guy cut me off said maybe I need to find another health care store. Bet your bottom dollar I'll never grace your establishment again.
