When they showed up they said that we can't t do the insulation and made up some BS reason. They wanted the drywall work and fed me the insulation BS so they could do a bait and switch.

The quality of the work was 5 stars. no ifs ands or buts. hole fixed, ceiling painted no fuss no muss no mess. It looks great. The office paperwork side was less so. it was a 2 maybe a 3. It was hard to get an estimate, e-mails sent were apparently missed, the office staff was disorganized- and I'm being polite. it was disorganized to the point I felt like they didn't want my business. and setting a date for the work was only marginally less stressful than Noah booking seats on the ark. When the workmen showed up, they had no work order, I got no receipt or anything at all, and they barely spoke English leading to a few misunderstandings. So the work was absolutely first rate but my God, it was a challenge getting it going.
