I was greeted promptly and asked to take a seat as everyone was busy helping others. I was waiting a maximum of 5 minutes before they called me up. Between the time I walked through their door to walking out of them, maybe 15 minutes had lapsed and much of that time was due to just chit chatting while they worked. The cost for the notary service was extremely reasonable. I found out they do a bunch of services, including trusts. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them.

I go to the post office to change mine and my entire family's mail address and she tells me .y husband is an adult and can do it himself them proceeds to tell me bc NY neice doesn't have my last name I cant change her address without a birth certificate. I bring both the birth cirtificate and my occicial documents that state I am her legal guardian and she reads the entire packet that had confidential information on it. Predatory company! My 85 year old senior neighbor. Who can see out of one eye, got a virus on her…read moreSamsung phone that she could barely navigate with. Came to this predator business. The sold her an iPhone 11 pro max with an aftermarket battery, sold her an otter box case and charged her for transferring data to a cost of over $800. The gave her a very long receipt that said she had 7 days to return. Remember she has one eye! The did not verbally tell an 85 year old she had 7 days! I spent 4 hours the next day trying to help her with this and on a daily basis since.. They even created accounts and passwords for her that she does not know what they were or how to change them. I came into the store with her and explained to them that there is no way this woman should've been sold an iPhone 11 Pro Max and she wants her phone back. Which they replied Nope sorry no return policy and we already got rid of her phone. If you know any seniors, do not let them come in to this business. this is a predatory business. Be careful. As I told them I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. And the recent positive reviews on their Facebook page is because they're allowing these out of the country scammers to post on their profile and in exhange they're giving them positive feedback. Read the feedback very carefully with these guys. I'm thoroughly disgusted. She could've gone to T-Mobile, which I tried to get her to do pay $50 a month and they would've given her a free phone and transferred her data over for no charge..
