On Thursday, July 2nd, I lunched my boat late in the afternoon as was experiencing mechanical issue with the throttle stuck in gear. Thinking our family vacation was over, I reached out to Sun Country Service Department. I explained my situation. The tech I spoke with was confident what the issue was and that they had the part in stock. I thought there is no way they will get me in on a holiday weekend to get this repair done and get me back on the water this trip. The tech put me in contact with Derek, the Service Manager. He said, "Bring it in Friday morning and I will see what I can do to squeeze you in". I dropped the boat off Friday morning, at 1:30 pm. Derek called and said, "your boat is ready"! Active Storage referred us to AZ Boat Guys who came right out and hauled to trailer back to their shop as he knew it wasn't safe for me to drive. After assessing the rest of the trailer he noted the other bearings were bad. He ordered the axel and finished all the repairs in a day. Truly a blessing that Mark was sent our way!
