Mohair was always great, but if there was one criticism it was that it had clearly outgrown it's location, and everything felt a little cramped and tight. This move more than fixes that.
Importantly, the same team from the King Street shop have moved here, so the haircut you get is just as good as before. I've never had a problem with the cut i've got, and everyone is fairly open to giving new styles a go should you wish.
The most obvious change here is the amount of space here. It's now so much bigger than it used to be, and there is a huge amount of light coming in from the double front shops space. Everyone has their own antique styling area, which is pretty cool, and the rest of the space is nicely decorated. There is a good sized waiting area (which I didn't need to use), and you can even play the guitar if you're so inclined! Thy also have put in a pretty serious sound system - I've always liked the fact that the tunes are blaring, but if you're after a more sedate affair bear that in mind!
All in, they new MoHair is just as good, if not better than the old one, and comes highly recommended. read more
