There were a few tables and cute decor on the patio. The ladies were super friendly and welcoming to our group. There were really wonderful. We arrived maybe an hour before they closed. We were offered a complimentary charcuterie board to go with our tasting, which was a very nice touch. The tasting is great because it's flexible. You can choose which wines you'd like to try from the list. You can double up if you enjoyed a particular one. Even though we arrived late in the day, we never felt rushed. They let us sit there and chill while they closed up shop. They were happy to let us take some photos among the vines before we left. This is a wonderful place to visit if you get a chance. I'll be back if I'm ever in the area again. Until then, our push pins mark our visit.

To our delight they were open and there was only one other group. We tried the wine tasting which at $6 a person was a total steal. We were started out with whites, each different blends of wines that were as distinct as they were delicious. Our server explained each wine to us in great and loving detail, elaborating on the owner, Ignacio's unique approach to crafting these incredible wines. We were given three white samples and ended with three red samples, which I have to admit I'm usually not a fan of but these were incredible. The vineyard itself is stunning, I would have loved to walk the grounds a bit but by that time all our phones were as dead as we felt. Definitely worth stopping in, I know we'll be back!

If we could've stayed here for 2 hours, we would have but unfortunately I think we were only here for a little less than 1 hour due to the drive and the other wineries we visited. The garden spaces were luxurious with a lake and a path to walk. The animals were so cute. There were sheep and a very friendly donkey among them. The wine was, of course, tasty and we enjoyed the fact that there was a small food truck on site that had other items for purchase. My friends and I had a really nice time here just exploring, relaxing and being together.

We had the Merkin Mac & Cheese, Grilled Wagyu Bistecca, and Gnocchi--and of course, all four of us did the Chupacabra wine flight. And the service deserves a special shoutout! We had been trying to get an Uber or Lyft for over 30 minutes, and every ride kept canceling. The staff overheard us trying to figure out how we were getting home and immediately stepped in. They called a local taxi for us, and it showed up right away! Good wine, great food, even better views, and the best girls to share it all with.

We've been so intrigued by the hilltop prominence of this beautiful building that we had to make it a special event (such as my birthday). The 100 steps from street level to the restaurant entry were easy and safe regardless of the several downpours that occurred that afternoon. Alternatively, patrons can easily drive around the hill to the restaurant entry. Or even more fun, take the funicular cable car from street level to the entry, riding along side of the steps to the top. Once inside, the hostess was adorable and friendly, quickly seating us per our reservation request to as the bar which has the most stunning views of the surrounding canyon all the way to the hills of Sedona. Once seated, our attentive bartender Lalo gently moved into action with beverages and our dinner order. The Salads are tasty and unique garnished with some fruits and nuts. The pizza was baked to perfection with lots of Pepperoni, and the Papardelle Pasta with Short Rib Red Sauce was excellent, loaded with sauce and meat, tossed with homemade pasta noodles cooked to perfection. Our bartender graciously brought us a couple desserts on the house for my wife and me to celebrate...Baked Alaska and of course Cannoli's. So much delight that we had to bring home a portion of each plate. Maynard, your vision for this restaurant and Old Town Cottonwood is a much appreciated example of creating art and atmosphere with structures. Keep up the great work! We had the combo flight & our Birthday girl ordered the Rosé flight. All were delicious! We opted for a glass each of our 3 favorites (and a bottle of each to bring home). After hearing the history of the vines & the property we wandered freely onto the many patios to enjoy the light breeze and pleasant decks on the enchanting vineyard. Just a lovely place! We highly recommend a visit- the customer service was impeccable, Shaun was so friendly, approachable & knowledgable. We can't wait to return!
