I love sushi and due to my business travel have had it all over the country. The fish was fresh and plentiful. When you go to some sushi restaurants, the nigiri and sashimi can be short and thin. That is definitely not the case here. You receive nice slabs of fresh fish. Delicious! I also love Thia food. I wish I could have had more, but settled for the green papaya salad as my appetizer to be shared. My other guests had never had it before but everyone agreed it was very good. My wife had the panang chicken curry and enjoyed that along with some sushi. My two other guests also enjoyed their sushi and stated how fresh the tuna was multiple times. The place was busy but clean. I liked that Single Fin did not skimp on the sushi but also on the little things like having quality chop sticks. The prices were reasonable. Service was good but could have been better. I fully understand that beach service is tough and we were there after Labor Day. We are here for two weeks and will definitely return for more.
