My car stopped and started doing the same exact thing it was doing when I originally took it to them. I had my car towed back to this God awful transmission shop!!! They called me back saying they checked it out and it was definitely a part that they already fixed when they fixed it the first time. Then he proceeded to say that due to the car being out of warranty that they would have to start all over again. Meaning I'd have to give them another 3,505.01 to fix the same thing that they clearly didn't fix when I took it to them the first time. I pray that this company will be exposed for taking advantage of people and taking their money without doing their jobs. They rigged my car to last long enough until after the warranty expired!!!!

Today February 25th after Royal Transmission not having even looked at the vehicle I had it picked up and towed to another repair facility for same day turnaround. I had Royal Transmission replace the clutch about 15k ago and while I did have to bring it back due to improper bleeding of the system which they corrected. The vehicle is prone to bleeding issues. The weeks worth of excuses rather than ANY action towards a 2 hr job was unacceptable and I will no longer do business with Royal Transmission.

We called and were told such, so we didn't waste a trip there to hear this. I was also informed that George had undergone neck surgery a month earlier. That information along with the pandemic explain the delays. When my nephew finally picked up the car (after three weeks of waiting) it ran like a top and the price was exactly what was quoted. They did not try to sell me extra. After being quated complete dash removal and a labor of $700 Moe Town Auto charged me $75 to unclog my heatercore.
