I called almost a dozen companies, nobody would even come out to measure the sign or give me a quote without paying them a lot of money. Pay for a quote? You can't be serious. I got some client feedback that they couldn't find us upstairs, and one of the businesses near me closed, so I had the perfect chance to jump on their sign space so people walking in the building could find us. Naturally, I emailed Mike and Matt right away. They came out and measured the sign and got back to me with a quote WITHOUT EVEN BUGGING ME OR SAYING ANYTHING THEY JUST DID IT WOW. With a variety of options and materials you can get a sign printed or made for your storefront, you can get large posters printed up and you can even get your car wrapped in a sign! What a fantastic and efficient way to attract people to a local business. After getting some stuff printed here I'd be hard pressed to go anywhere else. They let me know they could meet my needs and asked me to come by either Wednesday or Thursday, my choice. I responded that I could come by Thursday and I asked about the cost of the service. No response. I went by Thursday at the appointed time and there was no one at the store. The doorbell that I was supposed to ring was missing- I'm not blaming them for that, however. I knocked, called, emailed, and then knocked again. No response. I never received a follow-up, and it's been 11 days. I'm hoping that everyone there is safe and healthy and that the reason for their lack of response was simply bad customer service. I took my business elsewhere.
