I saw Dr. Hutton twice. I booked my third appointment with her male receptionist a couple of days…read moreago. I told him I took my last pill of one of my medications the night before & that I was about to run out of my other one. He told me he'd call in a courtesy refill to last me until my next appointment in June. I noticed nothing was called into my pharmacy the following day and called to follow up. He told me he wouldn't call in a refill, because I need an appointment and labs first. No in-person appointments are available until June, but he had already made an appointment for me in June. Further, my lab appointment was scheduled for Monday, but I will cancel that because I have not taken my medicine in 3 days, so I don't think my labs will be reliable. I have no idea what this receptionist's background is, but he does not have good judgement and is also not familiar with what it feels like to have hormone fluctuations. I asked him if it's safe to stop the medicine I ran out of cold turkey, but he made no attempt to answer my question with the help of a knowledgeable nurse or medical assistant. As a former medical professional with experience dealing with doctors and their staff for decades, I have never dealt with office staff like this. I believe people like him will continue to be one of the reasons Dr. Hutton loses customers. I will not return to a practice that treats its patients with total disregard. In addition, the office is located upstairs in a tiny strip mall with limited parking. So, if you choose to see Dr. Hutton, give yourself extra time to find parking and walk to her office.

The receptionist greeted me warmly and immediately set a positive tone for my visit. The doctor was not only pleasant but incredibly thorough. He took the time to listen and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I felt HEARD and truly felt like my care mattered. Unlike many ER experiences, the doctor didn't just see me once and disappear. He returned several times throughout my visit to discuss results, answer questions, and make sure I understood everything. He made sure I had an after care plan and explained that all as well. Nurse Pam was absolutely amazing. She is caring, gentle, knowledgeable, and exceptional at what she does. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what I needed to know before leaving and she was pleasant to talk to. Jackie, the CT technologist, was also wonderful. She was kind, warm, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything before we started so there were no surprises. She was also very pleasant to talk to. I would also like to recognize the young lady who was shadowing. She was kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. She asked important questions about my medical history, drug allergies and did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable. Her compassion and professionalism were evident, and she has a bright future ahead of her in healthcare. Before I was discharged, the staff made sure I had all of my results, understood my next steps, and had every opportunity to ask questions. I never felt like I was being rushed out of the door. The facility itself was clean, organized, and well-maintained. Most importantly, every person I encountered treated me with kindness and compassion. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care I received. This facility is staffed by genuinely great people who CLEARLY care about their patients. Thank you all for making a stressful experience feel so much easier.

My PCP recommended going to a dermatologist, just to get my skin looked over to make sure…read moreeverything is a-OK. She recommended the ladies at Complete Dermatology, and since they were in-network for me I figured 'hey, why not?'. The whole process was super easy! Online booking, even for new patients, and the forms are available to download and fill out ahead of time (score!). They also send you text message reminders before your appointment, and make it easy to reschedule- day for instance if you came down with the flu over the weekend and had to last-minute reschedule an early-Monday appointment. I really appreciated the easy and flexibility with the whole process. The offices are located off Washington, with lots of parking behind the building. I came early in the morning, and since there's a restaurant nearby the parking might be more difficult later on, but 9am it was wide open. a quick walk to the entrance and I was promptly greeted, checked in, and they took my crumpled up paperwork I had previously filled out and thrown in my purse. They have coffee and water in the waiting room, which is great, but I only sat there for a moment before I was called into the back. My appointment was with Dr. Megan, and she was friendly and efficient - two things i appreciate in my medical team. She completed my skin check in less time than I anticipated, made a recommendation to watch one suspect mole for 6-12 months but she was flexible when I asked to just remove it today, since I'd met my insurance deductible and I'd be 80% more expensive in 6 months. Hah! American medical care is quirky, but she helped make it work for me. The whole visit from arriving to leaving was about 30 minutes, including the one mole removal. They called me with the good news that it wasn't cancerous the very next day (whew!), so I wasn't left wondering for long, either. Easy, fast, and efficient service made my experience with Dr. Megan and Complete Dermatology a great visit. I highly recommend coming here for all your skincare needs!

I paid over $200 to be told I had a callus and to have the smallest skin tag snipped off…read more The "callus" wasn't even painful when I came in. I actually thought I had a splinter and just wanted it checked to make sure there wasn't something stuck in my foot. The doctor told me it was a callus, did some scraping and applied some type of acid. I honestly don't know exactly what was done because the procedure wasn't really explained to me. What happened afterward was the biggest issue. I left the office and was in so much pain that I could barely walk for an entire week. I went from having a completely normal, non-painful foot that I simply wanted double-checked to being unable to walk comfortably because of the treatment. Fast forward about a month, and my foot started developing something that I'm not even going to describe . I called the office to let them know what was happening, and I was told that they may have treated me incorrectly and caused a corn??? When I questioned why I should have to pay for a follow-up when I had gone in with a non-painful issue and ended up with a painful problem after their treatment, I didn't feel like my concerns were taken seriously. I ultimately went to a podiatrist for a second opinion. He treated my foot immediately in the office, and I literally walked out of his office minutes later without the pain I had been dealing with... and for $30... Unfortunately, this experience left me extremely disappointed. The lack of explanation, the pain I experienced afterward, and the way my concerns were handled when I called were all frustrating. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Now that I'm older, I've made a conscious decision to be better about my health. Of course, this place was the first thing that came to mind. I came back to see Dr. Maldonado and he didn't disappoint. He will personally call you with your test results and explain what the results mean. On top of that, Dr. Maldonado is not the type who will push one type of treatment without being thorough with your check up. If you're looking for a general physician, make an appointment here and see if you've found yourself your GP. The amount they charge here also very reasonable!!! Only downside is when I called in to make an appointment, the lady with whom I was talking to on the phone kept asking about insurance information that I had provided at the beginning of our conversation! And they asked about it again when I came to my appointment!

The staff has demonstrated a lack of professionalism, poor listening skills, and an unhelpful, at times combative, approach to addressing patient concerns. I sincerely hope the practice invests in improving the patient experience at the front desk, as it would better complement the excellent medical care provided by the physician.

I went to her for hair loss exosome treatments, as well as other skin issues. I spend thousands of dollars on the hair loss treatments. After completing the treatments, Dr. Nguyen showed me before and after photos of my scalp and insisted that the treatments were working extremely well. I could not tell which pictures were the "before" pictures and which were the "after" pictures because I saw no improvement. The treatments did not work and were a total waste of money. I do not blame her for the treatments not working, as there are no guarantees in medicine. But I would rather that she had been honest about it and just apologized that the treatments did not work. In any case, I was going to return to her for under the eye laser treatments which were also very expensive. BUT, in the meantime, one of her office assistants called me one day and said I still owed them 12 dollars and some odd cents and that if I didn't pay right then that I would be turned over to a collection agency and to the credit bureau. I could not believe her staff was being so awful to me after I had spent thousands and thousands of dollars with Dr. Nguyen and paid all bills at the time of service. I told the office assistant that they were treating me bad and that I didn't appreciate it. But I went ahead and paid over the phone and never returned to see Dr. Nguyen. Dr. Nguyen responded by sending me a certified letter telling me I was fired from being her client. I cannot believe how small and petty she is, especially when I spent so much money with her. And to conclude, I have seen other dermatologists since my visits with Dr. Nguyen and they have all told me that her under the eye laser treatment will be ineffective for me and not to waste my money. Shame on you Dr. Nguyen, I'm so disappointed with you. In the future, please remember, honesty is always the best policy.
