I need ergonomics for a good price in my life so Mark Downs is where I headed. Huge warehouse with a lot of office furniture. Some brand new, some refurbished. My sales guy walked me through some options based off my budget and aesthetic. I ended up getting a brand new chair that was initially $600 for $200. These were chairs ordered for an office but when the pandemic hit, order was canceled as the offices closed. You can also find desks and work out equipment here. Not sure if they do any shipping. We were able to fit my chair in my car perfectly.

I got there at the end of the day, so I was not able to have the entire box reprinted. It was truly a blessing having some to take with me until I was able to get the correct box the next day. They had none of the items in store, that they show online, in stock. I suppose they just list all these items as a way to draw people in. When a company lies to do business, they are not to be trusted. The employees were nice. But the company is fraudulent, or maybe they don't know what they have in stock. Either way, they wasted 2 1/2 hours of my time. I will never go there again and I will tell as many people about this as possible. Since they don't have customer service I can email or write to. In other words they don't care about the customer's, they certainly do not want to hear from you.

She has designed 3 gorgeous homes for us... out-doing herself each and every time. The quality of the furniture is simply unmatched, it is worth every penny. We are an active family with two teen boys and two large dogs, and I have never replaced a single piece of furniture because it was worn out, not a single piece. I've had very few problems along the way, and only with delivery dates. Dates will sometimes fluctuate because this is custom furniture. If you are ordering pieces to have for certain holidays.. shop early, just in case! I've not had many delayed deliveries, but this is sometimes the focus for some customers.
