A nice park for people of all ages with wide and easy sidewalks for walking and plenty of trees and grassy area for sports or picnics or running around. The playground looked fun and there were lots of kids of all ages in the park plus singles and older people as well. They have bathrooms and also the park ranger drove through once which was nice for safety. read more

Big open park with a nice parking lot. The playground is big and newer. My kids play baseball here but also love to play in the playground.

I was at this park for a Wedding Shower. It's a nice park with a playground and a sport field. Maybe it is summer, but there seems to be a lot of bugs and insects on the grass and fly around you. I'm just not a bugs nor insects person. I mean literally little spiders and green beetles would crawl on legs and into the food. So just be an extra look out for those fall in your food and drinks if you do not want any extra protein. Also think twice before taking your fur babies too due to those bugs and insects might got on them. There's a big shelter and you have to reserve it in 10 days advance or there will be a fee of $25 for rushing. There is a rental fee to put in reservation for the spot $30 per 4 hours and $9 for each additional hour after that. There's also a fee of $5 per an hour for electricity if you need it. read more

Lovely little oasis in the urban squall. I stopped by to talk Kimie for a walk. The park is in the middle of a housing development and if you don't live in or drive by the neighborhood, you will miss it. Three sides are framed by the street, so if the kids and dogs are unleashed, there is risk. It has a parking lot so you do not need to park on the street. I observed a few cars with homeless folk, but no indication anyone has set up camp, as seen at other local parks. The grass is mostly green and well moderately well groomed, there is steer manure in the bald spots. I see no hoodlums. Some young adults are throwing football. There are picnic benches with families. A play area with shade, seating and bathroom. I was impressed with the basketball court because it was designed with a curb all around so a stray ball will stay on the court. The path has markers to indicate how far you walked. I didn't take the entire path, so I'm am not sure how long it is, but my best guess is 1/2 mile circuits. We had our own doggie bags and I saw no other walkers nor dog amenities. There are old, healthy trees with good shade. People lying under the trees reading. To share some history. The park is named after a world renowned actress, Helena Modjeska (October 12, 1840 - April 8, 1909), who was born in Poland and settled in Anaheim. read more

Good park to chill, do some activity or have a picnic. During the evenings they have soccer, football or baseball games going on. I also saw a basketball court. There is a playground for the kids. Nice restrooms around the park. There is street parking and a parking lot if you want to visit the park. read more

This park is big & clean. They have slides & others activities from ages 1-18 years of age. They even have skate park. Food place to buy while watching a baseball game. They have small bridge. Lots of wide spaces to play catch, volley ball, soccer. Their place ground seem new. It's a fun park to go. I'm watching my son okay baseball. read more

A beautiful park surrounded by houses with rolling little hills, playground, restrooms, softball field, bbq stations and lots more. Great place to picnic, play, take a brisk walk/run, read or take a lazy summer nap. Just be extra vigilant at night. It gets a little more precarious when he sun goes down. read more

This park is great for picnics. Really chill vibe and a lot of big trees for shade. There is a lot of space for everyone. And when I say everyone, I mean everyone--whether you are playing soccer, playing basketball, or having a picnic, there is enough room for everyone. The only the reason I leave out that last star is because you DO get everyone at this park and some of them seem a little sketchy. But overall, the vibes are good at this park. read more

Went here for my goddaughter's 3rd birthday. The space is great and it's really inexpensive to rent a spot. It's a lot easier to find parking and much cleaner than Mile Square Park. Modjeska isn't as crowded so I felt like there weren't as many stranger danger encounters, which makes me feel better about taking any kids there. read more

I like this park because its very near to my home. Its always clean and during the week not crowded. I normally walk from home to the park to walk my lil guy Louis. Decent park to walk and do some lite training for your dog. Only down side is YOU BETTER AT ALL TIMES KEEP YOUR DOG A IT'S LEASH. Anaheim park rangers take their job serious and strongly enforce keeping your dog on their leash. read more

This is a GREAT resistance farm. The locals keep it strong and it goes to rp8 consistently. Getting gear here at night is a little stetchy, but otherwise fantastic! Thanks for the hack mods! read more

This is a decent, fairly large park, though I wish there was more flat space for sports. We tried to play quidditch here (yes, I play quidditch; ask me about it!) and the only open space we found wasn't really ideal. I think if you got here early, you could probably find a better spot. The place was pretty crowded, but unless you need a large, flat area, there's enough space for everyone. read more

I grew up going to Modjeska Park because it was near the apartments I lived at in the mid Sixties. We were very poor so this Park was meaningful to me in that I was taught about Helena Modjeska from the plaque the park had put up about her life. I took the information to the Anaheim Public Library and read all about her life and career. It was things like this that allowed me to dream and fulfill my dreams to be a California Poet. I recited many a poem to Madame Modjeska under those Jacaranda trees and read voraciously in the deep shade of the old trees. Anaheim's parks afforded me a good childhood the moment I left my street. read more
