I had a horrible experience just recently with awful, awful tailoring. What makes it worse is that several years ago they completely ruined a beautiful, expensive floral skirt. All of the colors ended up bleeding into each other. They couldn't care less when I brought it in. I should have NEVER gone back to them. Dirty, rude, incompetent,

I went to pick it up on the due date and of course the dress wasn't ready, the owner was looking all over his filthy dirty store for my dress but couldn't find it, I glance over and see it in a ball on a table. The dress wasn't even done yet. I went back the next day and nearly fell on the floor when he told me how much it was. My dress was covered with lint, dog hair and wrinkled from top to bottom. The place is more like a dog kennel than a dry cleaners!! Do yourself a favor and don't ever go there. it is the worst.

The disinterested "It's not my business" manager initially accused me of not paying the machine. When I insisted on getting my drier time she phoned the owner who instructed her to poke my coins out of a machine she obviously knew to be faulty. Afterwards the jaded mangler (sic) wouldn't put up an "Out of order" notice on the faulty drier, as was posted on other machines. Lesson learned: If several machines are posted "Out of order," the remaining have probably not been maintained either. Go to another laundromat ... Thursday 2nd December, 2021. I picked up the coat and brought it home to find the sleeves are too short (and I'm only 5'2" so that's saying a lot!). They definitely took off more than we agreed on. I now rarely wear the coat because the sleeves ride up well above my wrist when I move my arm, and it makes me feel like a tool. And they are pricey-- I spent $25 on a dress in a thrift store, but then it cost $50 to fix a zipper and hem an inch. They did a great job with that item though! 3 stars because I've gone here many times before and they've done some great things... But... RIP trench coat
