As someone who was very athletic, it was incredibly difficult and frightening. Dr. Vranic and his office performed multiple surgeries on me, and every time I was treated with exceptional skill, care, and compassion. Because of him, I was able to heal, move forward, and truly live again -- he gave me my life back. I am endlessly grateful for Dr. Vranic and his entire office. Everyone treated me with professionalism and genuine kindness. I especially want to thank his medical assistant, Stephanie, who went above and beyond to support me and my family. She made us feel like family and took incredible care of me every step of the way. I cannot recommend Dr. Vranic highly enough. He is truly the best, and I will always be thankful for everything he has done for me.

It's like nobody is supervising the front desk, so the staff their are not friendly and they're cavalier. They don't like to answer the phone in a timely fashion, either. The same goes for the technicians. It's like they don't like their jobs and they don't like people. Even the physician I saw was a bit surly.

Had my left leg done last week after dealing with issues for a few years. Staff was much more…read morepolite than i could have anticipated. They all really did help to ease my nerves. Apparently No Cameras or Mobile Phone Cameras are permitted. And they recommend you leave jewelry at home. Well on this occasion I actually wore my smart watch and still have my phone. Uh oh! Well let's see where that takes us. So this is the second of three anticipated procedures. This day i was impatiently sitting in reception area waiting for appointment to actually be welcomed into the backroom to begin the routine. Since I had gone through the procedure on one leg already I felt a bit more at ease. Did wish I could have been an early morning patient. My man with the Alice in Wonderland cocktails the first time was great. The person handling that job when my right leg was done wasn't quite the same. But overall it wasn't a bad experience. Need to add, the doc has a pleasant bedside manner and I do recall a nice smile as well. Something I said must've made him grin. My legs are showing visible improvement and discomfort from sitting in some seats has noticably diminished.

Dr was rude, and condescending. After booking follow up tests and appointments we got to thinking…read moreabout how we felt we did not need to be treated so rudely. We cancelled and will find someone less pious with a kinder heart. We don't need this at this point in our lives.

My PCP faxed a referral on 10/30/23 at 2:45 pm when I had not heard anything I called 11/10/23 and…read morespoke to Donna who said she had finished up October referrals today and if she could put me on hold she would look for mine. When I mentioned I wasn't impressed with ratings I read SHE HUNG UP ON ME. As an RN for 45 yrs, I'll be going elsewhere indeed. The poor YELP ratings were for office staff, I can see why!!!

They are AWFUL. Their nurse misrepresented herself, Dr Purcell didn't bother to contact me…read moreregarding my scan, etc until I called them SEVERAL times. They charged me for a scan when I already had one at a previous vein place. I was looking into why my legs still hurt. Dr Purcell said I needed another scan because he didn't like the first one. I agreed. After not hearing from ANYONE for weeks, I called & got a nurse who flat out lied to me. She's since been fired- why hire her in the first place & allow her to speak to clients? After involving my insurance co, I was persuaded to go in for a follow-up with Dr Purcell. I did so. Deborah took my temp, weight, and blood pressure. I then waited for the dr He stayed with me for literally 3 minutes. Enough time to let me know he has never actually looked at my chart "to see that my veins had already been ablated" and that he couldn't help me any further. For that, they charged my ins co $411.38. I'm responsible for $151.47. I offered to keep mum about this (will he contacting Ins as well) if they agreed to applying amounts due to sclerotherapy. They said no. Here I am. Contact me if you have any questions. Trust me- do NOT trust them! The only person who's worth anything there is Paloma. She's a doll.
