He literally does it all (replacing toilets, replacing floors, treating the concrete, finding problem areas (mold) and replacing it, identify issues (wrong breakers placed in the house), painting rooms, replacing doors.. you name it and he can do it. What I appreciated the most about him is that he has strong communication, great work ethic and will get the job done no matter how long it takes. We had an issue or two with our ceiling fan after the project was done and he immediately came out to take a look - both at the fan and at the how it was wired (turns out it was the fan). He's definitely reliable and would take care of the job until the client is satisfied. His pricing is also very reasonable. Despite providing exact model numbers in advance, the installation was done incorrectly and carelessly. Key issues included: * Drywall damage * TV bracket installed upside down * Soundbar mount off-center and installed with incorrect hardware * Load-bearing bolts secured with plastic spacers instead of washers * Equipment scratched due to missing protective padding MPW initially acknowledged the poor workmanship but stopped responding after we requested a refund for labor and repairs. No refund has been issued. We are left with damaged walls and an unsafe installation. We do not recommend this company.
