Thanks to Yelp reviews, they led me to the best. Bruce and Josephine knocked my project out in mere hours, IKEA pieces that would have taken me days and prematurely grayed me. They completed (4) ALEX drawers, my standing desk, and vanity of my dreams. I'm so excited to finish my office. Everything looks great! This type of service is well-worth the price. All I did was clear the area for them! On top of all of this, they were helpful with my kitty. Can't wait to hire them for other projects. read more

We needed a treadmill disassembled, moved, then reassembled. We knew for sure that we would not be able to do this job ourselves. And as most people do, I went to Yelp to get some assistance. I reached out and Brice responded so quickly. We confirmed all the details. Bruce was on time and ready to go. He completed the job in less time than quoted and provided us with tips to ensure our treadmill lasts us for the long haul. If you need help with your treadmill or any other equipment assembly , I highly recommend hiring Bruce! The price was also very good too! read more

Bruce did a wonderful job putting together a very difficult daybed from Ikea. The daybed pulls out into a king sized bed so it was very important for it to be done correctly so nothing breaks and it converts smoothly. Bruce was on time, fast and made sure to test it with us before he left! He was also very tolerant of our not so helpful little helper (see photo for details) would highly recommend booking for any assembly needs read more

This organization is extraordinary. I recently purchased furniture that arrived as "customer assembly required." It was quite detailed and intricate, and though I am somewhat proficient in assembling simple items, it was my opinion this required a professional. After seeing great reviews and testimonials, I called and explained what type of furniture I purchased, and was asked to submit all the details on the website. I identified in the form the make, model, and serial number for each and received an estimate that evening. It was a very agreeable price. Bruce arrived the next business day ahead of schedule, and he was efficient and effective in completing the work at hand. He took great care in handling my new furniture and brought a construction blanket to lay on the hardwood floor to inhibit any scratches. Very pleasant experience. He is an absolute wizard and knows nearly every item that could be acquired on Amazon, Wayfair, Office Depot/Max, Rooms to Go, and so forth. Total genius. I highly recommend his services. The next time I have items to be assembled, I will definitely utilize his services again. Let me conclude with the fact he also hauled away the boxes and styrofoam! read more

I was looking for someone to install an in-ground basketball hoop. I reached out to 5 star assembly to get a quote on the installation. Bruce was quick to respond, and also provided some suggestions on hoops he's installed in the past (low / mid / high tier). I was able to get a hoop ordered and let him know when it was scheduled to arrive. Bruce showed up the day he planned to be here right on time, and got the concrete/rebar anchor plate squared away pretty quickly. He returned a week later to let the concrete cure and installed the whole thing in a few hours. No mess, great work, and great communication. Thanks Bruce! read more

So unbelievably happy we found this family owned small business. My husband found them when we needed furniture put together for our Airbnb. Bruce responded within 24 hours. He and his wife were prompt, professional, personable, and efficient. This was during covid and they were intentionally safe, wearing masks. They were there for periods of time when we weren't, no issues. Several rooms of furniture needed to be done and everything was put together well. Because we had such a good experience, without hesitation we called them when I finally broke down and bought a desk for my home office. Bruce arrived at 8am sharp. He removed his shoes promptly upon entering our home. He was again efficient with time and put everything together with no knicks or scratches. Wore a mask the entire time. My only disappointment was that his lovely wife did not join him this time. If you need office furniture put together, this is the place and apparently the specialty BUT everything they put together for us was perfect. We will be moving into a new office soon and I'm sure they'll be our first call! read more

Very nice guy, very professional! Will definitely be hiring him again for furniture assembly

Outstanding. Had two large pieces( sliding desk and dining room table) from Overstock. Directions made Ikea look like a beginner lego set. Both required two people and about 2-3 hours to complete both based on what the directions estimated. Got an estimate from Bruce and co when I posted the job here on yelp. Received 3 estimates, Five Star was the lowest and they also had the best rating. Why all the stars? -Were responsive and easy to scheduled -Showed up on time -Did an awesome job (I looked over both the the desk and table and did not see any scratches or so much as a fingerprint) -Bruce is a really nice cool guy ( we agreed on blasting some FleetWood Mac while they built and I was working from home) Would hire again and highly recommend read more

My treadmill needed servicing and the belt needed to be replaced. I did an internet search to find service options and to read the reviews to make my decision. Liked the reviews and what I read about this company. Called the company representative, Bruce, who listened and asked questions to understand my service need. Very impressive! I've moved once a year for the last five years and have had to deal with so many issues because of it. This move I decided that I would try something new to make things easier for myself so I contacted Five Star Assembly Company. Bruce replied quickly, asked a couple of questions on what I needed assembled and gave me a specific and reasonable price so I could budget ahead of time. While I was dealing with how stressful moving is and having people in and out of the house Bruce and his team were working on assembling multiple pieces of furniture out of the way of the chaos. They were fast but did quality work and saved me so much time and hassle. In addition, they were all incredibly friendly! I would use this service again in a heartbeat, thanks for all your help! read more
