After reassuring me that my partial refill was ready to go, I sent someone on a twenty-minute round-trip ferry and thirty-minute round-trip car ride to pick up a prescription only to find out that he voided my husband's life-saving medication because he didn't care for my attitude. That was after trying to bill the insurance that has been cancelled for months, even though my new insurance has been on file ever since. Very poor customer service and standard of care at this particular Walmart pharmacy. After years of loyalty, I won't be returning. I will go across the street to Walgreens from now on, where they will always have my prescriptions in inventory on time. I then had to call a different Walgreens 35 minutes away and ask them if they would please get these prescriptions filled and I would do my hardest to be there by the time they closed at 10 PM this was the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life and for them to treat people this way no wonder they only have an average of one star for a review.
