I gave up, hired someone else...they charged me $2500 LESS than Colliers for the same exact system (same brand, same size, same install). Colliers then called me 2 weeks after to tell me I signed a contract and they expected to be paid. I can't think of a worse business experience in my life.

She is so classy LOL there is NO WAY this woman should be employed to speak to members of the community she is rude and nasty every time I have interacted with her. It's unfortunate that we are forced to use them AEP is the by far the best power company we should be able to decide our service providers not be forced to put up with crappy and terrible service. On the other side of it they charge you $45 to disconnect your power then ANOTHER $45 to turn it back on. The ONLY company that charges this way. Overall garbage company that needs to remember why they are employed.
