Terrible experience, very unprofessional and rude. I went there for a drug screen for employment…read moreand upon walking in no one spoke. So I continued on to sign in with the machine then finally someone said ooh who doesn't want to stay on the chair? One of the them heard my bag drop .. I was pushing a baby stroller with my 5 month old and then I finished checking in. In the middle of me checking in I had a question about which drug test to select from the check in screen. Two ladies were seated behind the desk and looked at me like I was stupid for asking a question. Then one of them finally answered and told me to pick anyone. The way she responded and the look on her face made is seem as if I was not welcomed in there. I continued to ignore the rude and unwillingness to help me as well as the snickering and laughing and continue to try to log in. Then right after checking in the other lady now proceeded to tell me are you here for an employment drug screen? I said yes just like I mentioned earlier but I guess they were not listening. Then she told me according to federal law I cannot have a minor here.. I said this is an infant child and she is in a car seat and I have no one to watch her. I am a disabled veteran who lives alone so I don't have daycare or help from anyone. The lady didn't care and said no I could not do it. So I left. I was so hurt that no one in this office took time to be empathize with me or even want to help. Right of the back I got a sense of racial discrimination with the attitude displayed towards me and the comments they were whispering about in the office but I ignored it because I have learned to ignore ignorance. This was a horrible experience and I don't wish this on my worst enemy. These ladies need to learn to treat every one with respect and also the way they would want to be treated. I do not recommend this place especially if you are someone of color. You will be treated poorly right from the door!

Labcorp - This was the day after my blood draw...it is still painful to touch! The pain was shooting down into my ring finger.

Labcorp - You can see the two places she poked me, plus if you zoom in, you'll see the small blood spots under my skin where she tightened the band.

Long story short, we came in at 3 am for major abdominal pain for my boyfriend. He could barely move, they did their routine questions and when asked he admitted he does smoke marijuana on occasions and she jumped to "well thats probably your issue" the male nurse also agreed with her and from that point on they were very stand offish. They just assumed they knew what was wrong and wrote off his pain. He assured them he knows his body and he knows its something more serious but the blonde also insisted its her job and she does this everyday. Tried to over explain different new strains have been "causing major abdominal pain." Just diagnosed him with out having any test back whats so ever. And was awfully snobby about it. Then test start rolling back in and shes no where to be seen but the males attitude shifted and he seemed more attentive and warned us some stuff looked a little off. Anyways in the end we ended up being moved facilities to have his APPENDIX REMOVED. Any one whos had the procedure and issues knows the pain. It was very unprofessional and unpleasant. We've never felt more uncomfortable in a doctors vicinity for simply being honest. Just be careful with some of the nurses here and trust your gut, because they will try to write you off and act like they are the doctors to end up being COMPLETELY WRONG.

The waiting room…read morewas full, so I checked in using the kiosk and sat in the designated waiting area outside of the lab. The kiosk specifically confirmed that I would be notified by text when it was my turn. After waiting approximately 40 minutes with no text notification, another patient walked out and informed me that staff had called my name several times. I immediately went inside and explained that I had never received the text alert I was instructed to wait for. What was most frustrating was the response to the situation. Rather than acknowledging that I had already been waiting for over 40 minutes due to a breakdown in the notification process, the staff member stated that she thought she had sent the text but was unable to confirm that a notification had actually been sent. I was then told that I would have to be treated as a walk-in and wait behind approximately seven additional patients who were in the waiting room at that time. By this point, I had been at the location for nearly an hour and had already lost a significant amount of unpaid work time, despite arriving early for a scheduled appointment and following the check-in instructions provided by the kiosk. Technology can fail. My concern is not simply that I did not receive a text message. My concern is the lack of accountability or reasonable effort to correct the situation once the error was identified. Reclassifying a patient with a scheduled appointment as a walk-in and placing them behind several additional patients because the facility's notification process failed is neither reasonable nor an appropriate resolution. I ultimately left without having my scheduled lab work completed. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

I wish I got her name, but the petite, slender African-American nurse (?) with spectacles is a lovely human being. She went out of her way to communicate well, despite doctor sending blood work orders- I was still a walk-in, and I realized that when I checked in. I was in and out in less than 15 or 20 minutes did not feel the prick in my arm at all. Also had a lovely serendipitous encounter with a gorgeous violinist just outside who wasn't there when I parked at 11:05am! Posted this full video on my tiktok and happy to see lots of activity on her VENMO. I used to play all the time and I could have listened all day. Happy Halloween everyone- be safe!
