So I continued on to sign in with the machine then finally someone said ooh who doesn't want to stay on the chair? One of the them heard my bag drop .. I was pushing a baby stroller with my 5 month old and then I finished checking in. In the middle of me checking in I had a question about which drug test to select from the check in screen. Two ladies were seated behind the desk and looked at me like I was stupid for asking a question. Then one of them finally answered and told me to pick anyone. The way she responded and the look on her face made is seem as if I was not welcomed in there. I continued to ignore the rude and unwillingness to help me as well as the snickering and laughing and continue to try to log in. Then right after checking in the other lady now proceeded to tell me are you here for an employment drug screen? I said yes just like I mentioned earlier but I guess they were not listening. Then she told me according to federal law I cannot have a minor here.. I said this is an infant child and she is in a car seat and I have no one to watch her. I am a disabled veteran who lives alone so I don't have daycare or help from anyone. The lady didn't care and said no I could not do it. So I left. I was so hurt that no one in this office took time to be empathize with me or even want to help. Right of the back I got a sense of racial discrimination with the attitude displayed towards me and the comments they were whispering about in the office but I ignored it because I have learned to ignore ignorance. This was a horrible experience and I don't wish this on my worst enemy. These ladies need to learn to treat every one with respect and also the way they would want to be treated. I do not recommend this place especially if you are someone of color. You will be treated poorly right from the door!

Most of the labs in the Dallas area didn't have hours that were suitable for my son's work schedule. Even the ones that said they were open on Saturday's actually weren't even open, or I couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone at the labs! This was very frustrating because my son needs this bloodwork done asap, as he was just released from a 2 week stay at the hospital with renal failure. Miya was such a blessing and a true lifesaver, driving to my son's apartment and doing his bloodwork there. Plus, she actually answered the phone and I was able to speak to her personally. We will definitely be using Miya's services again and highly recommend her!

Getting an appointment is difficult because it requires app access and their app is flawed. Why don't they collect specimens on weekends port after 5? Creepy waiting rooms. Poor to non-existent phone access. Feels like being in a dystopian scifi movie when I arrive at the site and must engage with the robot check-in podium. Some staff project a warm, kindly spirit but most act like machine components. Maybe I'd overlook all of that but they don't consistently deliver reports. I trust my doctor but not these people.
