I appreciate the excellent medical skills of Dr. Leff, I never have any complications, prolonged pain, my issues are always resolved in a pleasantly perfect manner. I have horrible anxiety with going to see a Dentist. Dr. Leff, and his staff are very calming, reassuring, and highly professional. When Dr. Leff gives me a needle before he does my root canal, I feel no pain. Most of the time, I don't even know he has done my root canals, that is how awesome Dr. Leff is. I appreciate when Dr. Leff works on my kid's teeth, he sits down with them in the waiting area, and have the most fascinating conversations with them about school, academics, and I find him to be absolutely amazing. Super professional, empathetic, communicative, clear, and very pleasant. Going in, Stacy gave me a good heads-up on what to prep and expect. And for the procedures themselves (scaling, cavities & fillings), Catherine was great at laying out the process, and even how to let her know how I'm doing en route so she can adjust accordingly. The whole thing was very laid back, pleasant, and I'd recommend them to friends, family and strangers.

The WO office is on Valley Street. There's a private parking lot in the back of the building. The person who checked me in was friendly and welcoming. I liked the seats in the waiting room and the big windows facing Valley that let in natural light. The exam room similarly had large windows. The dental chair faced the windows, so you have a nice view (to distract yourself) to look at. Alternatively, there was also a TV screen playing video of Jamaica, which was relaxing. I was mentally walking the beach during my teeth cleaning. I was really nervous going in (like a little terrified), but fortunately all my worrying was for nothing. Brenda handled all my x-rays and performed my cleaning. She assuaged any and all fears I had. Brenda is the BEST! and Dr. Klausner was great - he explained my teeth/gum situation to me so that I understood, was super knowledgeable, answered questions or concerns I had, and from what I sensed enjoys his job (I think that makes a difference in quality of care and treatment). So far, it's been 5-Stars with Valley Arts Dental and I feel more comfortable to continue with their office.
