I came across Leticias profile and was blown away by how beautiful her clients looked. I did not hesitate to call her and book an appointment. I was really scared because she was new to me but I was confident she would deliver what I wanted. Leticia walked me through EVERY single process. What resulted was a complete disaster, especially since she was only supposed to touch up my roots. To her credit, the other gal wanted to fix it but I didn't want to risk her damaging my normally very curly hair with more chemicals. It was a year ago, in January 2018. Since then, I've been seeing Stephanie every 6 weeks as I need to constantly color my grey hair. Every time it is a pure joy and pleasure! She listens carefully what I'd like to do with my hair, from a haircut to a specific color, and suggests what would be the best. Stephanie never promises to do something that can't be done. Another great thing is that the time allocated for the haircut is purely yours! Stephanie doesn't take multiple clients at a time, her attention is 100% yours all the time. I always look forward next appointment with Stephanie, as I know it would be a quality time with interesting conversations, and in the end I will leave her salon with an amazing haircut and a great hair color! Unless they know you personally and have built a relationship with you, don't bother coming here, you'll be completely ignored and made to feel completely irrelevant. But 3 days ago I put brown on it with red on the inner layer and I asked for a bayalage and to cover the red. She foiled my hair @3:30, and added color to the rest of my hair. She rinsed my hair at 6 and added toner. All my hair was falling off, and she tried to not let me see it. After I saw all my hair on the floor I was shaking and crying. She proceeded to tell me I didn't disclose my hair history. I showed her I had highlights last year, but since then I only bleached it 3 weeks ago. Before even starting I asked for a color remover before bleaching to see what level I was at. Instead she rebleached it.
