It had one tiny loveseat, and a few high chairs with a counter, so it was difficult to relax except in the bed -- which was a great bed. The pillows were way too thick but I had my own (2, strangely), and the spiral staircase looks cool ... but ... you really need sandals because the industrial look is very cool, but the steps are metal and have really uncomfortable bumps and each step is too deep so cool look aside, I hated going up and down them. If you like minimalism, extreme minimalism, you might be right at home. A small, cute Keurig coffee maker, with 5 coffee pods and 3 tea, but only 3 powdered creamer packets. Two coffee cups, 2 wine glasses, one small regular glass, absolutely no cups at all in the bathroom. I wasn't ever relaxed except in bed. Maybe it's just the "Tunes" room. Tiny, with a record player and 2-3 albums. My advice: put a chair there! Two adults ended up being one too many. I suspect some folks will find it hip and enjoyable, and I hope the other rooms are all bigger and better. But we were just anxious to get on our way, because it was uncomfortable and claustrophobic for the two of us.

I have mixed feelings regarding our experience at hotel indigo…read more let me start off by saying, the heater in our room did not work. Mind you this was during the winter storm at the beginning of December. We arrived in the late evening and wanted nothing more than to sleep because we had an early morning the following day. We thought the system just needed to heat up, but by 2am we were shivering and turning on the blow dryer and water to heat up the room. We ended up leaving for our snow day, hoping that the room would warm up by the time we got back. It didn't. We had to get maintenance up there to take a look about 2+ hours later he replaced the unit and we were getting heat. Our next issue was the toilets. Now, let me start by saying I've been traveling for years. In my adult life and as a kid with my parents. We've been in super nice places and some janky spots. I should've known there was going to be a problem when i saw the plunger by the toilet. When i say, NEVER have I EVERRRR plunged a toilet while traveling until this trip. Mind you it was for any piece of toilet paper we put in. Like, were not going to the toilet like that.. lmao. On the more positive side- exceptional service with each person we interacted with. Every employee was helpful, approachable, and pleasant. The location was perfect. Plenty of parking and the hotel was safe. Overall, we had great trip. I would give staff a 5/5 while the hotel room 2/5 (spacious, but issues)

The staff are very kind and welcoming. My room was very comfortable with a great bed, linen, and pillows. I was very pleased that the TV had streaming available so I could log in and watch sports from my home state in the evening. I found that the amenities were worth the $28 fee if you use them well. Photo included on what is included. Highly recommend this hotel and if I come back to Denver I will ONLY stay here. Thanks Hotel Indigo!!
