I specifically asked for a thorough, clean manicure and pedicure, but the result was excessive to the point that multiple fingers and toes were left bleeding from how aggressively the cuticles were handled. In addition, there didn't seem to be a clear method or attention to detail during the polish application. The paint was applied inconsistently, with more time spent correcting polish on my skin than actually applying it cleanly to the nails. As a result, the overall finish does not look clean or professional. I also noticed that this salon appears to operate under multiple different names within a larger salon, which raises some concerns about consistency and accountability. Overall, this was not the level of service I expected, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve both technique and client care.

I have never in all of my years had a stylist completely ignore me. I was so disgusted by the color he turned my hair I left in the middle of my cut I couldn't be around him for another moment. My highlights that were supposed to be golden blonde but they are orange but the most disturbing part about the highlights is that they do not go all the way down to the end of my hair they are literally just in the middle of my head. I purchased a Blow-out package from Groupon that consists of 2 deep conditioning treatments with blow-outs. After reviewing the fine-print, it does not state anywhere that they do not honor Groupons for weekend appointments. The salon owner refuses to honor it and says it's her policy and she honors it however she sees fit. Now, I'm very much willing to see if we could work something out, but due to the fact that for the times that I have come to this salon and paid full price for services before, it leaves me to wonder why they wouldn't honor it for a paying customer. Due to that outcome they've left me no choice to voice my concerns regarding their customer service, or lack their of. If they were even willing to work with me and trade in the value of the Groupon for any services, I would be happy to oblige for the effort. No effort, no service. For the times I have paid full price, the blowout was decent. However, if you don't speak spanish in this salon, you're left to entertain yourself on your phone during your service.
