Since that first experience, I have been back to her store every other day picking up items one piece at a time because her items are chic and unique, high quality, and very affordable. The rewards program is scamming people out of their reward. it says I have $5 rewards and they ask me at Zen leaf, would you like to use your $5? I say yes but you don't get the full $5 anymore off your order like it used to be before they updated their system or something like that and every time you have a $5 reward they scheming a dollar even more sometimes so you don't get the full $5 off you get $4 and sometimes even less when you check out. I addressed this problem to them every time I shop but they telling me that this is how it is that you already getting a sale and that's why you don't deserve the full $5 discount. They telling me you will get a full five dollars discount rewards off of an item that is not on sale. Well, I tried that and guess what same thing. If it's not the people at the store, it's the people they're working for who think all potheads are too dumb to realize. Even on my last pickup, I had $5 rewards, the lady manager who took my order asked if I want to use it, I said yes and I asked her, will I get the full reward and she said oh yes of course nothing less then $5.
