Later, they sent an email that required that I get **three** different repair quotes before they would "look into" covering the cost. That seems absurd - why would I call three different people to patch & paint dry wall? It's like talking to three vendors to change a flat tire. It seems like they're throwing up obstacles to avoid taking responsibility for their actions. So, in short, if you want you a new bad, a damaged wall, and a feeling of being unsafe in your new home. The response from the owner, Sunny, was that there was "nothing she could do," with no attempt to offer alternatives, discuss possible solutions, or acknowledge our longstanding relationship. Policies are one thing. However, the complete lack of consideration, flexibility, or basic client care--particularly given the level of business we have done with this store--was both surprising and deeply disappointing. Overall the showrooms are rather drab and the products fairly pricey. They do have a sale section in the backroom where you might be lucky in finding more affordable salon equipment. And one other downside to this place is that it's only open on weekdays and only until 5 pm - making it a bit more challenging for someone who has a 9-5 job.
