Pizza was hot and ready quickly after order was placed on Uber Eats. Lady at front was friendly and courteous. Hard to get to the location and gps was unreliable but the pizza was worth it!

I'm a huge pizza lover and have always been a fan of MOD pizza. It's the same idea as subway but better it's pizza. I love that there are so many different options. I always customize my pizza and my fiancé usually opts for the Mad Dog with spicy pizza sauce. We've visited many times and have always had great service. This time was no different. I ordered a bottled coke and it tasted a little flat. I took it to the counter and the manager gave me a fountain drink no questions asked. I truly appreciate the service and quality pizza. Cleanliness - 5/5 Pizza - 3/5 I hadn't been here in a LONG time but always remember this place because they have the ice that I absolutely love - I know that sounds weird. This place closes at 11PM on Saturday, which was great for us because there's not many open places at this time in Tracy. We were the only ones in line. I noticed that they already had the pizza dough flattened and ready to go on the wall. This really threw me off bc I wondered, how long have these doughs been sitting up there? and they had quite a few. I'm sad to say, when they started doing my toppings, I kept staring at the dough bc it did NOT look like pizza dough. I love that you can add all the toppings you want. I did get a fountain drink just so I can get the yummy ice balls. Our pizza did take a while though because they were busy fulfilling Uber Eats orders ahead of ours. While we patiently waited, I observed the staff doing a very thorough clean of the dining area. I was honestly impressed. The kid was wiping down every single chair one by one - the seat, the frame, everything. Then there was another kid re-stocking the drinks in the display case. They could maybe invest in a little push cart for their staff because I witnessed the kid making multiple trips to the kitchen to grab more drinks as he cradled them in his arms. With a cart, he could load what he needs in one go and not cause an ergonomic issue. Upon getting home, my pizza did not taste good and tasted a little funny. I'm convinced it had to do with the dough being exposed to the environments for who knows how long. Also, one of the meat toppings tasted a little sour and off to me.

Well it was raining and I kept passing by this place so I wanted to try. I started off with a meat lovers and the wait was about 15 minutes. I received my pizza and asked for 2 Ranches. The pizza looked so amazing and I knew it would be good. The pizza was very good tasted fresh and the crust was very good as well. I would say In this area, I didn't think this place would be that good it was great. I have rated top pizza places in this area if you looking for good pizza. My wife and I like MOD Pizza. The Jasper with cauliflower crust and extra cheese is amazing. The house salad lightly dress is awesome. The service is a little bit slow but it did not bother me. The end result was awesome. It is a place to hit up on your lunch break!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? My whole family got pizza from there and in two pizza they put the weird artichoke pieces which can't even be eaten. Especially on mine. I have literally come here so many times and this is my first time ordering online. You guys literally scam people who order online. It is very unfair. First they made us wait even tho we order more than like an hour before (order at 6:56pm online and it was done at 8:30pm which is also the waiting for it to be ready) and also they made other pizza with almost no toppings. I also specified to give me EXTRA toppings and they gave me LESSER topping than ever. It felt like they got lazy at the last two pizza. Also my mother said the customer service was not nice. Like why are you guys open if you can't treat POC customers nicely?! Please look at the pizza and TELL ME if it looks like extra topping or not? Update: I am literally eating it and I CHEWED A ROCK!!! WHAT ARE YOU GUYS EVEN DOING WITH YOUR INGREDIENTS!?

Traveling westbound on the 205 in Tracy and figured it's time for lunch. I see there's a MOD Pizza right off the freeway with an easy off and easy back on ramps, so here we are! It looks and operated like every other MOD, and that's a good thing. My friend orders a Hawaiian sort of pizza with added sausage. Me .... I just pick topping as I go and feel like, since it's unlimited toppings for the same low price. I love the pesto sauce here, so that's on as well as some red sauce. Lots of sausage and garlic and cheese and other stuff. We order extra crispy! Drinks are self serve soda fountain or other drink juices. If you want wine, it only comes in a can. Beer is on tap. The wait is just 5 minutes or so for the pizza to cook and they call out your name. I'm so glad they cut the pizza into 6 pieces now. $ pieces was way too big to fit in your mouth easily! Unless you folded it like some New Yorker type. The pizzas are hot and tasty. I really like my creation this time. It never repeats, cause I forget what all toppings I used! MOD makes the best of the fast casual pizzas, I think cause of the crust and the better quality toppings. If you need fast food but don't want a burger, this is the place to stop in and have an unlimited topping pizza!

6-25-2019...5:30p.m... first time in... 5 Starz for the friendly kool customer service alone...Pizza, Beer, I'm in...lol but when ya can create and pile on has many toppings you want for about eleven bucks even better...4 types of pizza crust to choose from. You can create and build your choice of salad as well...tasty shakes too!!!...lots of room and outdoor seating at this location

I love this spot. Came here to get me a pizza and a beer.. long week of work so much needed .. I got a MOD size pizza build your own and a modelo . When arriving there was a small line already formed but it went by fairly quickly. I was greeted and felt welcomed. The employees were busy to prepping pizzas and cooking them to getting them out to customers they were all working as a team. The wait time was not bad at all for my pizza and when I got it I just couldn't wait so I dived in lol man I love creating and adding what you want in your pizza. My pizza was bomb and to top it off my modelo was the cherry on top. Definitely will come back.

First timers here... we had always wanted to try but never seemed to have the time. We had time tuh-day! I love that tou can make your pizza your way for a personal or split the next size up pizza with a friend and still personalize each side. We ordered 2 pies, our way, with the Greek salad and drinks. Can I first say, loved being able to be present in the process of a little more of this or not too much of that. Felt like we were able to make it our own way. The staff was super friendly and courteous and provided excellent customer service. They didn't flinch when my 13 year old was a little indecisive. They let him take his time and even offered encouragement for the toppings he did choose. That small attention to detail goes a long way. My son said this is his new favorite place and asks me when we can go back all the time! I also loved the old school ice chips machine for our drinks. That's the only way to fly IMO and so many places rarely use these anymore. My favorite drink there was the blackberry lemonade (something like that)... it was superb! There's also a great assortment of beers on tap and craft beers by the can available. The owner seems to know what he/she are doing with the selection cause I really could have enjoyed a nice beer flight and a pie here! Next, out come the pies and they came out at lightning fast timing! By the time we were done filling our drinks, the pies were ready! Let me tell you, the pizza oven baked crust on these pies was super crisp and had just the right amount of give to food the slice if you wanted to get that perfect bite. Epic! This is definitely a new hangout for us and as my son would say.. ten out of ten!

I definitely hoping to give this place a good review but unfortunately I can't. We had two of our mods pizzas and our salad with hair in it. I will definitely not be returning until this place steps ups it's food Safety practices. They need to ensure the staff wear hairnets or hats. In addition they lacking in hand washing practices. When I was there the Pizza builder went straight from making pizzas to touching the register without even washing his hands.!!
