Although I use a dry cleaning service in Lima, sometimes I just don't want to make the drive. Its pretty convenient to have one in town and have used them on several occasions. Price is the same as any other dry cleaner. So if your in Van Wert and need dry cleaning, definetely would use this service.

The dress fit me well, but the smaller zipper was broken and would not stay zipped. When I brought it up, the owner suggested putting a corset back in it. I told her I didn't want that look, and she responded: "Okay, well the zipper isn't going to stay zipped because the dress is too small for you." The issue was a broken zipper--not me being unable to fit into the dress. Later, I was holding that dress along with another dress I wanted to try. When she asked if I was still looking, I said yes. She looked at the dresses and said: "Well all of those dresses are 0-3, so if you think you can actually fit in them..." That was the point where I put everything back and left. Being told a dress doesn't fit is one thing. Being spoken to in a condescending way and having your body questioned while you're shopping is another. And when those comments are coming from the owner of the store, it makes the experience even more disappointing. Customers should be able to shop for a dress without being made to feel ashamed or unwelcome because of their body. I won't be returning.

Run...Poor customer service!!! I ordered a dress and a fleece clearnce jacket. I was mailed a medium when I ordered a small. I opened it realized the size and put it back to return. I was refused credit or replacement for it even though they made an error. They said it came back with an order that smelled pleasant like a candy shop or maple syrup. I didn't realize I lived at Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. I told them it was not used and must have been sent from the vendor that way. After 2 months, I finally got credit, but they credit me each item separately and was unable to use them together having to pay more for the difference and paying for shipping. The clothing quality is not worth the frustration. The new clothes I just purchased one of the shirts came out with a strong unpleasant order for being in the airtight packaging. Make sure to Febreze before returning because they will refuse your return claim even if it arrived in that condition. It took 2 months to clear this up, emailing is the only communication, no one answers the phone. Very passive aggressive. This is a form of fraud for not being able to support their claim of a non-damaged item and paying to reship a replacement item. The runaround is not worth your time. read more

I will never order from this company again! I've ordered three times from this company. I thought, at first that the clothing was good quality. Unfortunately, after receiving several items in an order one item had a defect. After 3 attempts to make contact via phone call, voicemail and now two separate emails on two separate occasions I am now almost out of time to even return these items due to the terrible customer service. Ordered online and regret it! I'm kicking myself! The clothes look nice online, but the quality is very cheap when they arrive. They only offer store credit and not refunds, which is totally bogus. That policy screams that they just want your money and won't give it back once you see how poor the quality is. Change your return policy! It's 2023! read more

Be warned of the hidden return policy. No refunds, and they charge an expensive return fee. Go elsewhere unless you are absolutely sure you will love it AND you have the size you need without trying it on. They stock so few of each item that you can't even exchange for a different size. Not worth it! read more

Their women's selection is upstairs (not handicap accessible to my knowledge) and fairly large as well. Their prices are more than what you would pay at Kohls, but you're also saving the gas driving to Lima or Findlay and the customer service is hands-on. They'll help you find what you're looking for or, if you're shopping alone, provide input on your selections. I'd recommend going when you get a coupon in the mail. (Their clearance area does have some good markdowns). Also, I"m not sure if they still do, but they used to allow things to be brought home "on-approval" meaning you had three days to decide if you'd pay for it and keep it or bring it back. That's pretty awesome.

May 10th rolls around so I get in my car and head that way (an hour drive) I then get a call at 11:30 saying MY DRESS WAS OVERLOOKED FOR 2 months and they won't have the alteration done until May 24th (my wedding is June 7th). This was clearly unacceptable! How do you overlook a customers dress for TWO MONTHS!? After I made it very very clear that waiting until the 24th was unacceptable, my dress was then done by May 15th. On May 16th my mom went and picked up my dress and brought it to me. MY DRESS WAS THEN 2 SIZES TO SMALL!!!!!! Plus the bustle was halfway up my back and falling off! At this point I was livid and took my dress to a different sew shop who fixed it to fit perfectly! During this entire fiasco the OWNER WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE MY CALLS!! Also the seamstress Cindy CUT THE FABRIC out of the "alteration" she attempted to do. I would NEVER wish this boutique on my worst enemy. I would not recommend going to this boutique if you are looking for a one of a kind amazing wedding dress, unless you want to be stressed and upset 1 month before your wedding because your dress does not even fit!
