Uncomfortable with that singular approach I had an evaluation and assessment done by Dr. Steve Silverston. Dr. Steve recommended a course of treatments that combined SoftWave tissue regeneration with an Erchonia FX405 Laser application 'Cold Laser' to stimulate my knee's mitochondria the "powerhouse of the cell". More information at: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-laser-light-show/id1624994538 Through multiple sessions with Dr. Steve and his exceptional team, the pain in my knee has subsided completely, my mobility has improved significantly and I am able to walk again at a normal stride and pace. Overall, an extraordinary experience in healing. Dr. Steve and his team are consummate professionals and are guiding me, not pushing me, through a healing strategy that feels both appropriate and is getting results. I highly recommend World Class Chiropractic as a center for non-surgical healing.

But.. as I've run out of insurance allocation to come back.. I'll have to wait till at least next year. :/ The reasoning for the subtraction of 2 stars falls under the communication failure. I was told today, as I was scheduling my next visit.. that my allotted 30 visits were up. I should've known better, as this week I didn't get the automated message to come in. I wasn't even called when I missed Thursday. I also had a massage scheduled for today at 5pm. I arrived at 5pm.. I got to see the doctor, get treatment, sit in the massage chair.. then told "see you next week". Then, I was given the news I won't be coming back. Well, they could "give me a deal" if I decide otherwise. But it just felt cold and unwanting as I was given notice, the day I ran out. The deal is $100 per visit or $120 per visit with the massage. Seeing as I drive at least an hour out of my way to come here.. I won't be back unless I absolutely need to be. Besides not being given notice of running out or properly spacing out sessions, the doctors here are great. I'm sincerely, going to miss this venue as I just won't be back until January... Well, I might just forget them altogether or be too busy to come back. :( Miss you Dr. Song, Sang, and Oh. Also Rebecca and Brian my massage therapists. Ah, and can't forget Jake, I never see you, but you're great as well!

I've been to a chiropractic place before but none that utilized any of the tools the doctors used here. The new technology definitely expedited my treatment process. Last but not least, the assistants to the doctors here are great. If you have to cancel last minute they definitely work with your schedule. They also text your appointments to your phone! So if you have a million things going on like me, it's a huge convenience.
