I've been to this location several times, actually my husband and I are patients. The receptionist…read moreis always warm and welcoming and Dr. Hill is AMAZING with a great sense of humor. I started coming in the beginning of my pregnancy due to terrible muscle spasms in my upper back, shoulder, and neck areas. I actually left another chiropractor who I believe aggravated those areas. After my first visit with Dr. Hill I had relief, the initial areas of pain dissipated after two weeks, now I return every three to four hweeks for maintenance adjustments. I haven't had any additional muscle spasms since being a patient.

I have worked for the medical field for over 10 years and the way she treated me it has been by far the worst that I have ever been treated. and the way she talk to other people to about the mask policy and there's no sign on the door that says you need to wear a mask and the mandate has been lifted and if you guys want patients to wear a mask you should put a sign up that states that we require a mask. This place is fantastic and the massage is great and very reasonable for the price. I've had a few…read moresessions here and I usually leave happy. I gave them 4/5 stars because sometimes it can be kinda noisy. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything going on in the front. On a quiet days it's no problem, but on a busy day it makes it difficult to relax. Overall though, this place a good and the massage and price is very fair.

Let me say first that the massage itself was excellent and the price was reasonable. However,…read morethis was my first and last visit to this establishment. I went in as a walk-in, and asked if they accept walk-ins. The woman at the desk said it depended on the length of the massage. I asked for 30 minutes and she agreed. Led me back to the room, put the timer on and begin to work. She did not introduce herself or volunteer her credentials. She did not take a medical history, and never even asked my name. When she finished, I said thank you, got dressed, and met her at the front desk. when I handed her my credit card, she asked if I wanted to tip in cash, or put it on my card. I was floored. I told her I did not tip healthcare providers. She stated something like "you tip for massage." I said no. She looked so disappointed (seemed close to tears) that I changed my mind and told her to add 20%. Full disclosure: I have often tipped massage therapists in the past. But I had decided in advance to stop that practice. I don't tip my doctor or dentist, nor do I tip any of the paraprofessionals that work with them. I don't tip my chiropractor or his assistant. I don't tip acupuncture providers. Lest anyone think I'm a cheapskate, I am not. I never tip less than 20% in a restaurant, hair salon or nail salon. Since COVID hit, I have increased my tipping to 25-30 % for restaurant workers and food delivery people. That's it. I think it's incredibly rude to ask for tips.
