Note to management- the two guys working the store on Sunday 9/14 evening: had the "open" sign on door off, said the k dog machine is broken (can't make any hot dogs), and when I asked for a Nutella latte- said he just cleaned the milk machine so would need to put the milk in a cup separately. We walked in 30 mins prior to closing and all the equipment was already cleaned out and basically nothing was "working" or aka "broken", just so they wouldn't have to use anything to make the drinks and food. I stopped by this location since it was on my way that day. I ordered one of their surprise bags. By the time I arrived they had only 2 doughnuts prepared for me. They apologized for running out early- instead of more doughnuts they did offer me 2 full size drinks. I got a taro and Thai tea drink. I really appreciated their customer service of offering something else since they were out of the other items. The doughnuts were fresh and the Thai tea was good. As per my 11-year-old daughter, "This place is a vibe." I have been here twice now because the aforementioned tween is a big fan, so I am sure we will be regulars here. During our first visit a while back, we both had the potato k-dog, which was essentially like a massive mozzarella stick breaded with small bits of potatoes and fried. It was salty, cheesy, delicious, and filling! We also had two orders of the brown sugar milk tea with boba and this was also delicious. This last visit, I wasn't hungry, so I just had the brown sugar milk tea with boba and my daughter had that as well as a hot cheeto k-dog, which she thoroughly enjoyed. The ambiance is nice and geared toward good photo ops for social media. They have a long countertop and several small tables with comfortable chairs. They offer free wi-fi and even provide some games like chess or Connect Four to play while you wait and eat. Prices are a little steep but then again so is everything these days. I spent $22 for two milk teas with bob and the k-dog, which is a little much but at least everything was tasty. I may try some of their donuts on our next visit and maybe a different kind of k-dog. We will certainly be back and think this place is worth a visit if you haven't tried it. read more

This was my third time visiting Mochibees donuts, coffee, and Boba in Roswell next to the Trader Joe's, and this time I brought my family. I tried one of their fresh baked churro Mochibees donuts, and I'm very glad I did. It tasted light, airy, sweet, and practically melted in my mouth. My family enjoyed a couple of their Boba drinks and also sampled a few of their donut varieties. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. Tried twice, the first time despite it taking 15 minutes to get a salted cream coffee, the coffee was good. Went again on my way to an appointment yesterday. I was the only one there. A guy took my order and it took almost 20 minutes for me to get my coffee. Before he started I paid... be aware! The prices in the board are cash, they have different prices for card. Nowhere is this posted, he didn't say anything until I asked and was like oh those are cash prices up there. BUT! he told me that price before I even pulled out any payment, so they're charging everyone the 'card price' I bet. He didn't know how to make it, but since I'd seen the girl last time reading a crumbled post it note, after he kept searching, I had to tell him it's probably that blue crumbled post it. Then he was like oh cool, thanks. Out of hazelnut flavoring, which again no idea that was in there ‍ out of water for the espresso machine, the salted foam looks like cement. Y'all just opened 30 minutes ago so that means no one is prepping the station or us looking at inventory. My $6.44 coffee tastes like milk with hazelnut. With some salt on top... So we just stopped in on a Saturday June 28th around 2pm. There were two workers behind the counter. One didn't look up from his phone and the other said absolutely nothing to us. We were the only customers in the store. We were just stared at until we went to order. The decor is cute. My 9yo daughter wanted a boba tea. She also got a churro donut. She said the donut was really good but she wouldn't drink the tea. When she got her tea she politely said "thank you" and the worker said absolutely nothing to her in return. On Thursday afternoon of March the 27th, I ordered the worst matcha I ever had in my life, Im sorry! The color was greenish brown like mud and extremely powdery. The ambiance of the interior was well put together but the smell was awful. There was an odd smell of sewer water inside this establishment. I really wanted to like this cafe. This was our first time at a Mochibees. The store was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We got a six pack and a couple of K Dogs. The son got the flaming hot Cheetos and I got the churro. My only gripe about the K Dogs is the quality of the meat. It tasted a bit ...grocery store brand. The mochi donuts were all very good! Delicious mochi donuts! Every week they have different flavors, I love trying them all! Their boba tea is the best I've had by far! I like it very sweet, but you can ask for less sweet if you prefer. I am not sure how they do it, but their milk teas do not taste powdery like other boba tea places I've been to. And their fruit teas are like the Starbucks refreshers, but cheaper and taste better! I am a coffee lover and they have a great selection of coffee. My favorite is the Vietnamese coffee, gives me that extra kick I need in the mornings. And you have to try their Korean corndogs, I was never a fan of the traditional corndog, but these kdogs are something else! Try the half and half kdog, you get half Mozzarella cheese and half hotdog, the best of both worlds! Definitely my favorite dessert and snack place! Always a pleasure coming here! read more

This place slaps severely in the best way possible. It's so cute and aesthetically pleasing inside! Staff was polite and prompt (though to be honest, I don't eat out to make friends anyways)! We went close to closing time and there was next to nothing left. I was about to order the cookies and creme before the schmuck in front of me snagged it, so I just got cotton candy! Donut are great, good variety of flavors. They offer beef or pork k dogs with beef being an upcharge, though both seem like a regular ballpark hotdog to me and taste the same, no need to offer both. Also the kdog still had raw liquid dough on the inside and not cooked enough. Docking stars as I always order the boba less sweet, and they then make it very sweet. Need more options to customize sweetness like other boba places or follow customer requests, not everyone wants tons of sugar. Won't be ordering the boba again. read more
