We wanted someone who could do both photography and videography, and that's when we found Stefan. From the very beginning, he was so kind and such a joy to work with. On our very first Zoom call, we already knew he was the one we wanted. At the time, he was in Germany--it was midnight for him, but 6 PM for us here in the States. Anyone willing to stay up that late just to get to know us is clearly dedicated to their clients! Even though we had already taken our own engagement photos, Stefan offered us a free session with him so we could get comfortable working together before the wedding. He was amazing to work with; our meetings with him were fun and put us at ease while also being incredibly informative. Even though we were planning our wedding from out of town, we never had a difficult time getting in touch. Day of, he went above and beyond, traveling with us to a few locations for pictures and walking us through a variety of shots. He even stayed a bit late to make sure he captured everything we wanted when the reception was running behind schedule. He had a few preview photos ready to see before the reception even ended and had all the rest available for us to view in an easily accessible online gallery a few weeks later. His giffy booth was also a hit with our guests. Our photos turned out gorgeous! He has a great eye for the posed shots but was also great at capturing people smiling and having fun naturally, which is exactly what we wanted. I could not recommend anyone more highly.

We asked for the rest of our video footage and he said he would deliver it, was very apologetic, and said that leaving bad reviews was unfair to him even though he recognized how poor of service he provided and acknowledged that he could send more video footage (we are missing key moments and spent a lot of valuable reception time with him to capture more footage). He wants me to remove any bad reviews in exchange for delivering the updated footage (something I agreed to though he never delivered or spoke to me ever again), but he found a work around by getting rid of his business page for long enough that all Google Reviews were deleted. Just don't select this videographer, the quality is very poor and turned out nothing like his portfolio.
