Even when perusing photos from weddings of people I've never met, I get that feeling of anticipation, excitement, happiness and love. When I was looking through the pictures from my own wedding I felt all those emotions rush over me again, but it was so fun to relive the day in a way I wasn't able to. I loved the shots they took of other friends and family enjoying themselves, the things I didn't see since I was busy being "the bride". These pictures are timeless. While I understand that concept, these were so obnoxious me and my sister both said the same thing about our kids pics. We couldn't really tell what we were purchasing. So blurry. When I contacted her she said replied with, adorable, lots of smiles. Sure, because she can actually see them, I can't. What would she say, oh they look awful? When telling her I couldn't really tell due to the watermark, she ignored me and never emailed me back again. I think she just assumes if parents want a pic of their kid in their costumes that bad they will pay for it. And she would be correct. Here I am after going back and forth with frustration ended up giving in and purchasing the 3 I felt looked decent. When the watermark was removed after I paid of course, I wish I haven't done that. Should have went with my gut on this one and not purchased. Each digital download was $35 or you get 5 images for $100 as a package deal. I couldn't even pic out 5 good ones out a total of 34 images she took. Save your money. Hire someone else. If her studio has her come back, I definitely won't be sending my daughter in on pic day. I purchased a large photo package which included maternity photos and pictures of my baby right after she born, at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. I knew what I wanted my photo package to look like and Jessica was very accommodating. Good photos aren't cheap, but I found Jessica's prices to be comparable to other photographers. Our first photo shoot was done outside. My son didn't cooperate at all, but she still managed to get great pictures. Our second photo shoot was for my daughter's newborn photos and that was done in her studio. The studio was a clean professional space that was decorated very nicely. We wanted someone who could do both photography and videography, and that's when we found Stefan. From the very beginning, he was so kind and such a joy to work with. On our very first Zoom call, we already knew he was the one we wanted. At the time, he was in Germany--it was midnight for him, but 6 PM for us here in the States. Anyone willing to stay up that late just to get to know us is clearly dedicated to their clients! Even though we had already taken our own engagement photos, Stefan offered us a free session with him so we could get comfortable working together before the wedding. He was amazing to work with; our meetings with him were fun and put us at ease while also being incredibly informative. Even though we were planning our wedding from out of town, we never had a difficult time getting in touch. Day of, he went above and beyond, traveling with us to a few locations for pictures and walking us through a variety of shots. He even stayed a bit late to make sure he captured everything we wanted when the reception was running behind schedule. He had a few preview photos ready to see before the reception even ended and had all the rest available for us to view in an easily accessible online gallery a few weeks later.
