We asked for the rest of our video footage and he said he would deliver it, was very apologetic, and said that leaving bad reviews was unfair to him even though he recognized how poor of service he provided and acknowledged that he could send more video footage (we are missing key moments and spent a lot of valuable reception time with him to capture more footage). He wants me to remove any bad reviews in exchange for delivering the updated footage (something I agreed to though he never delivered or spoke to me ever again), but he found a work around by getting rid of his business page for long enough that all Google Reviews were deleted. Just don't select this videographer, the quality is very poor and turned out nothing like his portfolio.

Before I could incline the bed, they were setting up the photo shoot at my feet and handing my husband an ipad to include his information. My startled newborn was screaming and they played a white noise machine to attempt to calm the chaos they caused. The whole scene felt like a nightmare for propaganda and I'm still outraged it was ever allowed. We excused them to leave before photos were taken but not before they harassed us when they could return. Never.
