Buffalo Plant Burger is my favorite, because the chef's creative use of vegan food to recreate healthy versions of bbq and southern cuisine are very tasty. Vegan bbq ribs, mac and cheeze, collards...yum! There are veggie burgers, indian foods, fruits and veggies galore, and kombucha. Dairy-free ice cream is a treat. The festival is a easy way for people to explore these healthful vegan foods. There are also music, lectures and demonstrations of products. I would love to see more of a celebration of different vegetables that people may not have tried in creative ways. Such as, an Eggplant Tent with eggplant sandwiches and eggplant lasagna and a Zucchini Tent with zucchini chips and zucchini noodles.

Plenty of parking and lots of golf carts for everyone involved. There are 27 holes available... 3 sets of 9 broken up by location (east, west and south I believe). It's a massive place! My only complaint was the sand pits were extremely hard and gritty which made them more difficult than normal to scoop your ball from the traps. Ah well, if I was any good at golf, I wouldn't have to worry about them anyway! I would love to play on this course again!
