Horrible, traumatic event at Sister's Hospital with Bella Baby photographers. They entered without…read morepermission or explanation while my husband, one day old baby, and I (recouping from major blood loss) were all finally asleep. Before I could incline the bed, they were setting up the photo shoot at my feet and handing my husband an ipad to include his information. My startled newborn was screaming and they played a white noise machine to attempt to calm the chaos they caused. The whole scene felt like a nightmare for propaganda and I'm still outraged it was ever allowed. We excused them to leave before photos were taken but not before they harassed us when they could return. Never.

We asked for the rest of our video footage and he said he would deliver it, was very apologetic, and said that leaving bad reviews was unfair to him even though he recognized how poor of service he provided and acknowledged that he could send more video footage (we are missing key moments and spent a lot of valuable reception time with him to capture more footage). He wants me to remove any bad reviews in exchange for delivering the updated footage (something I agreed to though he never delivered or spoke to me ever again), but he found a work around by getting rid of his business page for long enough that all Google Reviews were deleted. Just don't select this videographer, the quality is very poor and turned out nothing like his portfolio.

Offended me by replying to my questions with other questions adding an offensive headshake. I asked what equipment would be used and he said, "do you know anything about photography?" Then he got irritated while speaking about his lenses adding (and I quote) "Do you know anything about this lens?" I asked him that I don't wish for our family photos to be posted anywhere online and he said: "I don't know what it is with people these days, they want to own the "copyright" of MY PHOTOS". I said: "All I'm asking is to please put in our contract that our photos won't be published online nor used for Ads on any platform. I couldn't believe when replied with: "Well, how about this, I WORK MY ASS OFF to take these photos, then you ask me to not post my photos on my social media platforms? There is no option to register online and for a technology class, thats not good! It shouldnt take 2 weeks to even get a chance to talk to the director who apparently is the only person who has information about the workshops! By the way, i still have not receieved a return call from the director. At this point im not sure if i want to even take a workshop class here. The registration process is unacceptable, just havent found another option nearby home. 4 calls later, the director has not even attempted to reach out to me, guess they dont need my business. How disappointing! If i am able to register for a class before all the slots are taken, i will be sure to update my review. update- I finally was able to register my child. so I updated my review to 4 stars.
