Their granola is GF AND nut free! Their bowls aren't skimpy... They pile on the toppings. And they have homemade "extras" you can add, which made my chosen seasonal bowl (caramel apple) over-the-top delicious. And... they have coffee!? It was a bit strong for me to drink straight (definitely more coffee than dessert... ) so I drank half of it and saved the other half for the next day to blend my own stuff with... which ended up being delicious. He went above and beyond, checking with the kitchen multiple times to make sure everything was completely free of soy and dairy. Compared to some of the other varieties, it's definitely not super sweet, but has subtle hints of honey and vanilla that give it a really nice and wholesome taste. Great for dressing up yogurt! It was only 7:32 AM when I pulled the door, only to find out, of course, it was closed. So, I did a quick Google search and did my research--as most people do not--and found out that there was another bagel spot right around the corner that also sold breakfast and coffee. Just like a New Yorker, I didn't drive my car; instead, I decided to take a walk to the other bagel spot. Well, I must say, I am not impressed. However, the score for this place is a 3.7 out of 5, only because it's a nice location, the employees have smiley faces, and the place is very clean!
