3.5 stars. This place was recommended to us by a few people, so we went into it with good expectations. I ordered the guacamole, lobster bisque and lemon-butter scallops. Others in my group ordered the mocambo salad, fettuccine mocambo, and shrimp fajitas. The guacamole was amazing!! The lobster bisque was missing something. It lacked flavor and tasted as if they made the bisque and just added lobster to serve, it was lacking the fatty flavor of being cooked with the meat. The lemon-butter scallops had a similar issue of blandness. Just lacking something. However, there were a generous number of scallops and they were cooked exactly the right amount. I ended up dipping them in the sauce that came with the fettuccine and it was delicious! The mocambo salad and fettuccine mocambo all were well liked by the others at my table. And the shrimp fajitas came with a ton of shrimp! All in all - a good restaurant and I would go back, but I wouldn't order the lemon-butter scallops or lobster bisque again.
Service was good, they tend to hover a bit but if you ever needed something they were prompt with serving it to you.
The pricing was also extremely fair. With tip, the four of us ate multiple courses for $150.
And the view, of course, was spectacular. read more
