Why would I hire professionals to move my furniture that would refuse to do so? After arriving at our destination, they refused to unload the truck! We had to spend another $1600 on another company to unload it. They also did thousands of dollars in damage to our 100 yr old grand player piano, kept hardware for our refrigerator so we cannot reinstall the handles and claimed they couldn't do their job because the house was messy. We used HMS for a long distance move and yes there were some items damaged as with all our moves they were by far the most efficient.
