Usually, you can get somebody on the phone but they just give you some bullshit answers. Please, please, please! Do not use them if you have any choice. Absolutely horrible company to deal with. THEY billed incorrectly and now I have a past due bill…read more(since someone finally decided to get it corrected). I have actually not received a bill for what's due. Now I'm not getting cpap supplies. I'm assuming because of the "past due bill". My account was also disabled which prevented me from signing in. That was another process to deal with. I can't even use my cpap because I need supplies that badly. I've had this machine since late October and I have only gotten a few cushions to replace. The Velcro on the head gear is so worn out it doesn't stick anymore. I am frustrated to tears with this.
