I followed my wife here as she got an online offer to sell her car. When Carmax discovered that her…read more2022 CRV only had fifteen thousand miles they made her an immediate offer. So far this place has been super accommodating and everything is proceeding as planned. Everything is seamless . No wondering which way to go. I'm really impressed with the onsite inventory. This is the most vehicles on a single (albeit very large) lot that i've ever seen. This is a five star experience with a five star company.

We could have gotten a car one night if they put forth more effort then what they did. When things didn't go as planned, the kid gave up and dismissed us. Didn't see if there was another way to get the vehicle. Which there was but when it was to late to do anything anymore. On top of everything, he talked down to us like we were stupid. We prepared to get this vehicle for several weeks and had the approval but because of this kid, we lost the vehicle we put so much time and effort for. Not only that, we lost money to have it shipped. If i could give negative stars, I would. Good riddance. And now the car that we paid for to have shipped and everything approved through, got sold to someone else. Worst car company ever. The positive reviews on here are not what they seem. The make it sound like its so fast and easy. Well thats all a lie.

So incredibly disappointed in Fairway Ford service department. When you have "LIFETIME" oil…read morechanges, make your appointment and the person booking makes reference to the Lifetime Status and verifies it. You drive 50 minutes to get this done and the service technician said "there are no such things as a Lifetime of oil changes". Y'all I bought my 2021 Ford Ranger new from Fairway and paid the extra for this option, have regularly had this service performed. Now he says it Expired in March ... HOW does a lifetime service expire? SO BUYERS - BEWARE, what is promised is NOT what they deliver. Sure I could have then paid to have the service done here, but seriously, WHY would I? Fairway Ford will never see another penny from me or any of my family. Plus I will get the word out to all of my friends and folks on social media. As a side note ... when getting my oil changed at another facility, I was informed Fairway Ford did not replace my fender Clips after my last oil change. So, I now need to go out and purchase new ones.

We have just recently had a horrible experience with this dealership. I do not recommend them at…read moreall. I purchased a Ford Explorer ST online through them and they delivered it to my home in Burnsville North Carolina. I specifically asked Christine Schmidt the sales person if there were any dings or scratches on the car and she said absolutely not I assure you that it is in great condition. When the car got here the first thing I noticed was a ding in the door. Secondly, I looked at the hood and there was scratches all over the hood and at some point someone has tried to fix those scratches. I have been sick for a week and hadn't even been able to drive the car until yesterday. My husband took it to a body shop and they looked at all of the damages. They said it's going to cost thousands of dollars to fix the hood because it's been scratched and then someone's tried to fix it that didn't know what they were doing. The dent in the door can be fixed. Also she did a video and showed me the wheels and said there's a few little scuffs on the wheels, nothing major. The wheels have severe cuts in them where the tires were carelessly changed, and the tire person had scraped the wheels and put indentions in the wheels. They are going to have to be sent to a professional and powder coated again. When the driver delivered the car, I showed him the ding in the door and the scratches on the hood and he said he noticed it before he left with it. He said usually they try to fix those things and he was surprised that they hadn't. I showed him in case there was a question when I contacted them to let them know about these issues. So I finally heard back from her, and she is now accusing us of trying to fix the scratches and making the issues worse. I am completely furious. We are honest people and would definitely not lie about something like this. Like I said that's why I showed it to the man who delivered it. Beware when buying from them we had hoped that they were a respectable dealership and would help us to get these issues resolved as we were assured there was no scratches or dings before we made the purchase but now they are saying that we done it after we got it.
