We started at Rentschler to begin our process of buying a new vehicle but looked at several other dealers- near and far. We were not happy with the treatment at these other dealers. We went straight back to Rentschler and are extremely happy we did. We were already satisfied with the mechanical team in the service department over the years. Bob Kuntz, parts advisor, always updated us with the status of any needs for the vehicle before automatically replacing part(s), called when the vehicle was completed, and treated us with respect. Now that we have purchased a vehicle at Rentschler, we know that the respect for customers is also in the sales department. Adam Gazdalski-sales consultant, Paul Woodring- sales consultant, Greg Williams- sales manager, and John Knapp- finance manager were all pleasant to deal with and took the stress of buying a new vehicle off of our plate. The certified pre-owned vehicle we purchased at Rentschler was super clean inside and out. Adam Gazdalski made sure to explain every portion of the vehicle to us before we drove it home...even though it was past closing time. We highly recommend Rentschler Chevrolet! Fast and easy, no nonsense, didn't try to sell me new tires. That's the extent of my experience with them, not sure how they are price/quality wise for actual car service. Just glad to have found a place to get rid of some tires that have been sitting in the basement.

If I could give 6+ stars, I would…read more I recently bought a new car from this location and the process was the quickest and most simple experience I've ever had (after 6+ months of looking for cars and various dealers across PA and NJ). James was my sales associate and I can't speak highly enough about how thorough and prepared he was. After purchasing the car, I noticed a leftover residue on the trim (likely from the detailing process) and within an hour James had already coordinated a service/detail inspection and followed up with me several times prior to that appointment. At the time of my service/detail appointment, Ethan was fantastic, walking through all the steps/process and keeping me updated of their plan. Rather than keeping me sitting around the waiting room, they got my lyfts to and from my home and continued to check in with me (even as far as sending me photos of the repair itself)! When I came to pick up the car, they inspected the repair with me to make sure I didn't have any other concerns, and went as far as to take my car through the car wash and top off with gas before I left, which I have never had a dealership (private or corporate) do before. Additionally, as part of my Maxcare plan, the repair was covered with no cost to me. I have owned cars through Carmax before from different locations, but they (and other local dealers) should take note of their commitment to customer service, hospitality, and going above and beyond. Truly could not have made any of the car buying and service repair any easier, and thankful to both James and Ethan for going a step above.

Last Fall, they replaced my rear brakes. Less than 2 months later, the left rear brake fell off…read morewhile at high speed on Route 287. Traffic was bad and the outcome could have been catastrophic. I went to superior to complain, not sure what I expected but the least was for them to check the car. They sent a guy out to tighten the tire lug nuts. They said they would file a claim but would not tell me any details including with whom. 8 months later and I heard nothing. These people are dangerous and don't give a crap.
