When I first started, I had severe lower back pain that spread to the top of my spine including all around my neck. The pain wasn't going away on its own so I needed to take action, and Angelo did a great job diagnosing the key problems, coming up with a game plan the first day I saw him. He prescribed stretches to do daily as well as going over what exercises we would do in his facility to help strengthen my back once and for all. He also broke up stiff muscles in the beginning to unlock my muscles and get the blood flowing again. It paid off and now I have much more flexibility than before. Everyone even says that I have gotten taller and this is due to the fact that my posture is the best it has ever been. On top of everything, Angelo is the nicest guy and the most seasoned expert I have ever spoken to when it comes to physical therapy issues. It is all because of him that I have gotten rid of my back pain, and he is so knowledgeable on everything. I recommend anyone with back or any physical pain at all to visit Angelo, you won't regret it!
