Insurance paid for everything (except the co-pay naturally), so I'm guessing that the reviewer that gave this Dr. a "1" rating didn't have insurance and didn't bother to do any exercises that Dr. Ludwig gave and then wondered why she never got better. Heat, massage and ultrasound technologies were used, as was taping my knee. Low-tech isn't inherently bad!
