I had 3 dryers going and of the 3 none of them completely dried but there was one where it was obvious that the heat was not working (70B) as the clothes were still wet and cool to the touch after 60 mins on high. When I asked the attendant on duty to provide me with additional quarters as I needed to move to a new dryer and was not going to put any more money she stuck her hand in and said the dryer was fine and hot and it was because I had put too many clothes in which was a lie as it was the same load amount I have put many many times before and I asked the lady doing laundry beside me to confirm I was right which she did as she too was having issues with getting her clothes dried and only had 7 items in her dryer and was met with the same excuse the dryer was too full by the attendant. She then made me give her my contact information for the $2.00 she gave me and when I asked her to have the Manager/Owner contact me, she raised her voice to me saying I was always giving her a hard time and trouble when I went in (I had never talked to this lady before other than a Hi and Bye) and she proceeded to tell me that as I only used the facilities to dry my clothes and not wash them I was someone how less then the other customers, like wth. I told her I was through with interacting with her and would wait for management to contact me and she proceeded to discuss the matter loudly with other patrons telling them I was always causing trouble which is disgusting. I am throughly disgusted and disappointed with how I was treated and how the nice lady beside me was treated by this lady that I will no longer be attending at this facility and will find somewhere else to take my clothes to dry.

(A girl can dream a little.) So years ago I sent my BF a picture of a ring. I didn't think he would have saved it and it was a low resolution photo too (our phones' quality weren't as great as they are now). He told me he went to Hollywood Diamond with this photo and they worked with him every step of the way to recreate this ring. They showed him the diamonds available. They also taught him how to look at diamonds and understand the quality of each. They had a prototype made so he can see how the band would look before placing the diamonds on. They did a few adjustments until it was perfect. He told me the whole process took less than a month. I'm so in love with my engagement ring. It is a dream come true! I no longer have to look at photos since I can wear it in reality. I did have to get my ring resized. Did you know that your fingers thin during the winter? They gave me those ring guards for free! On Easter Monday the owner/worker called to say, your jacket ruined all the clothes I washed it with". My husband calmly tried to understand what happened. They said that the black lapel and black trim ran and ruined the tuxedo jacket as well as other customers clothing. The next day my husband went to pick it up, the man was irate and essentially blamed my husband for this outcome. A few days later, I called to see how this can be resolved but all I got was hostility. I was told the following; "whoever made this tuxedo jacket is a complete idiot". "We are not responsible for any clothing damages and not liable for this". I reiterated by asking, so you hold no liability for customers items if damaged?" He answered, "Yes". "We've been in business for xx years & this hardly happens". To which I asked, "so this is not the first time you've washed and bled clothing, wouldn't you have an understanding of how ho process this tuxedo jacket"? I stayed calm to hope there may be a solution or agreement to fix this but the man just became frustrated with the situation then hung up on me. Their service and attitude is 100% garbage.
