He had to order them (despite the fact that I had already paid for them) and said he would return the following week to install them. I never heard from Will again. He completely abandoned me. I have reached out to him probably a dozen times over seven months. We set up several appointments to fix my car and he simply did not come to them. I've tried to text him, tried to call him, he just never writes back. He never calls back. Per my original invoice, I have paid for more than $200 worth of equipment and service that I simply never received. And I have no way to get it back, because Will keeps ghosting me. I feel like I have been stolen from. Totally unacceptable. At this point I don't know what recourse I have except to warn you not to use this company. They will steal from you and then avoid you forever. If I do hear from them, I will update this review.
