Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest business practices…read more I have been a customer of this spa for years. Ever since they changed management, it has been an absolute disaster! I've been a couple of times since for foot massages with my wife and the ladies working on us were talking with each other and giggling like 12 year old girls. Anything but relaxing! To top it off, I was given a $48 gift card for a one-hour massage that was purchased on February 13, 2026. The gift card clearly states it is valid for 180 days and does not expire until August 12, 2026. On August 5, I called to schedule an appointment for August 6--a full week before the gift card expired. The employee asked when the gift card had been purchased. The moment I told her the purchase date, she flatly said "No" and refused to schedule my appointment or honor the gift card. There was no explanation, no attempt to help, and no offer of another appointment. Instead, I was treated with rudeness and hostility. Selling gift cards and then refusing to honor them while they are still valid is unacceptable. It feels like they are happy to take your money but have no intention of providing the service they promised. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and the BBB because consumers deserve better than deceptive business practices. If you're thinking about buying a gift card here, don't. You may end up paying for a service you never receive.

The service is always amazing. I got treated today to a spa day from hubby and I opted for the Heaven Royal Hammam treatment, which was amazing. It consisted of a body scrub with some salts, some sauna time, rest in between, and a finish with a nice massage. What a beautiful way to spend my birthday being pampered. I'm not able to do spa days frequently, but I can tell you that when I do have the opportunity, I love this place. The owner is very nice, they've been around for years now. I've been with my best friend to get a couples massage and with my husband to get a couples massage and they never disappoint. Very relaxing. You even get a treat with Moroccan tea. My therapist today was Paola. If you ever have the opportunity to come, you won't be disappointed. Very good service.

My husband decided that we should just go get a professional massage. Of course it's a Sunday and the first place I could think of was Massage luxe by my house but most places are appointment only so got no luck there. The next place I thought of was Amazing asian massage thankfully cause there name is so easy to remember. I called them up was able to get a same day appt. Once we got there they had all the prices and had a deluxe special that included facial, steam bath, body scrub, and full massage. We decided on that and they put us together in a couples room which was nice. To start the steam bath oh my gosh! Amazing! It really helped clear all my sinuses and loosens you for your massage. The body scrub was nice but the most that stands out was my massage. I am so glad I came here, my masseuse worked all the right places got all my knots out and there techniques are really good. To top it off the facial was really worth it. They really take there time and actually massage your face, after your face will feel brand new! Anyways sorry for the long review but this place is so worth going to if you are looking for real massage work for reasonable prices too. By the way ask for Amy she is Amazing!

This was my second visit, which makes this review less a complaint and more a personal growth…read morefailure. The first time, I spent the hour counting minutes and wondering if being repeatedly poked qualified as a massage technique. Foolishly, I returned--because optimism is a powerful thing and apparently so is denial. I came in very clear: neck and shoulder stress relief. Knots. Tension. Help. What I got instead was the familiar experience of being lightly poked like a human bubble wrap experiment. At no point did my knots feel threatened. Somewhere along the way, I realized I was directing my own massage, which turns out is not relaxing at all. Also, I did not request--and was not seeking--a surprise foot oiling while my shoulders cried out for mercy. An hour later: Shoulders tight. Neck tight. Everything tight. $90 poorer. Lightning can strike twice. I am living proof. Lesson learned. I should have stayed home and massaged myself--at least I know where my own knots are.
