" It's the HEALING!" ...Sekou always says. And with one session guided and instructed with Sekou, Lemba Healing Arts- you will feel the experience of the healing that he speaks of. He is very humble in his teachings and he is always excited to learn and teach more. I love how he establishes every class with building a strong foundation and base always...and then, he picks it up #letsgetit style. You will experience much laughter and fun, great dancing, excellent 'surprising' workout every time!!! I Love it! My son and two daughters are also students of Sekou. He is great with teaching children. Check out his camps for children- GREAT program also! I haven't yet gotten a Thai Massage, however I've seen him on patients live and I will be investing in a massage soon! As a passionate Capoeira Angola and Qi Gong student of his, I can definitely attest and strongly recommend you come to a 1st class and enjoy yourself on this healing journey. Thank You Sekou for every lesson taught and every lesson to be taught; thank you for the experience!!! More prosperity to you...and devine love, light, and healing for us all! read more

I've had massages from a dozen professionals over the past few years due to my back, neck, and shoulder pain. Of all of the professionals I have tried, Mel is the absolute best. He is very knowledgeable of the human body and everything related and connected to it, for that matter. He always know where the trigger points are and always applies the perfect amount of pressure. He is a consummate professional and a wonderful person. The only thing I enjoy more about my sessions than exchanging knowledge with him is the relief from stress and pain that he provides. I just finished a series and now experience no lower back pain when walking or standing, and feel great and relaxed in general. read more

An amazing massage, relaxing and expansive. Mel's intuition leads him to exactly the right places, and his healing energy works wonders. The benefits of a massage from Mel last for several days. I think this is because of the deep work he does, and the Thai massage stretches. I've been enjoying therapeutic massage for over 30 years. I always have a regular therapist, but I also get massages when I travel. Whenever I am in South Florida, I book a massage with Mel. I wish he could be my regular therapist. Over the years, I've had massages from over 100 therapists. Mel ranks in the top 1%. read more

"Sekou is the truth!" The man is professional, knowledgable about his craft and kind. What I noticed immediately in our first session, is his keen attention to what I needed, without me saying much. Bravo! I appreciate and respect his method of movement and Thai yoga massage. If you're in need of a massage call him, you'll be super satisfied.
