I was able to schedule a consultation on the same day for the documents I needed notarized. Appointment set for 2/3/24. Ms. Tanya arrived promptly at our scheduled time with a friendly smile to match. She was a pleasure to work with. The process was smooth and easy. Her cost was comparable to other notaries. I'm so appreciative of her help and look forward to doing more business with her in the future.

I called Deanne to come to my home to notarize a POA and Medical directive forms for my mother. She…read moreanswered right away and was friendly, professional and asked good questions. My mother had suffered a traumatic brain injury in July and I wanted to get all of her affairs in order. Deanne asked if my Mom was cognizant of what was going on and if she had the ability to sign for herself. I said yes and was impressed that Deanne assessed the situation before she even showed up. I had tried to get this done a couple times before with a different mobile notary who charged me $75 a pop (even though my Mom was unable to sign) and never once mentioned that maybe we should wait until my Mom had the ability to do so. The fact that Deanne asked me this first before showing up made me believe she had a better code of ethics. That said, she showed up on time and was so polite and nice. She engaged in conversation first before getting to business. Mind you, she had had her notary book and stamp stolen out of her car the day before along with other things and still showed up on time and had a good attitude! We were able to get everything done. What a relief. We just have to wait for Deanne to get her new notary stamp to finalize the documents. Deanna said she would come back at no charge to us to stamp the POA and Med Directive. I would highly recommend Deanne!! Such a sweetheart!! Meticulous and professional!! Thank you Deanne!!

Like a lot of people I work all the time, so it didn't leave me much free time to get errands done. I need documents notarized and I couldn't leave my office on the weekend. I called the phone and spoke directly with Raman. She answered all my questions/concerns, gave me a great quote, as well as an estimated arrival time. Everything worked out with me. It seemed like she arrived to my office in Culver City in no time. Honestly it felt like I hung up the phone, went to Starbucks for another coffee and surprise Raman was at my office already. We went over everything in person. She was very knowledgable and answered all my questions with confidence. For me this was important, especially when it comes to legal documents/contracts/loans/etc, it makes me feel better as a client to know that the person who is handling my sensitive information/paperwork truly understands what they are doing and the gravity of the situation. Thank you again Raman!!! I will be using your services again. I also told everyone in my office about your services. It's like Uber, but for notary services. Raman truly earned every star and then some: Her prices are competitive, she arrived quickly, she was very professional, very knowledgable (on the phone & in person), AND did this all on a Sunday afternoon at my office!
